Review: I bought this due to the reviews and to help me get a workout in and help my hip pain from a fall 6 weeks ago and water retention from menopause. OMG-difference the next day in my hip pain, and after 3 days my face is not as puffy! Only 15 min a day!! Money well spent!

Title: Excellent For Circulation and Muscle Tension
Review: The device works excellent! After a session of using this I can feel that my circulation in my legs has improved - so much so that my legs and feet are warm to the touch. It’s also great after exercise to loosen up muscles and relieve pain. Only drawback is that it makes a loud ring noise anytime you press a button and I don’t think there’s a way to adjust that.

Title: The thing I didn’t know I needed!
Review: I love this piece of equipment. Since using it everyday for 10 minutes, I can see substantial reduction of everyday aches and pains, especially in my feet and ankles. I also feel amazingly relaxed after using it, and find myself sleeping better at night.I find it easy to use, sturdy, and doesn’t take up a lot of room. Works great and I am pleased that I bought one. Recommend.

Title: I use this daily for stress management and lymphatic drainage
Review: I wish I could tell you how much I loved this thing! Not only do I use it for stress management and lymphatic drainage, but I noticed that when I use it, I have a lot less tension in my back. I have experimented with standing on it In different positions with my feet, in a squat, I’ve sat on it, and I’ve done some planks on it as well. The product is really high-quality. It has many different levels for you to work up to. I am at level 70 of 99 after a couple of months. It does a great job of getting the blood flowing and easing joints. I don’t think that a product like this should really be touted as a weight loss product. If that happens great, but that’s not the main reason why I bought it. To detox, my body and reducing cortisol is the most important. Obviously that could lead to weight loss. But even if it doesn’t, I’m incredibly happy! Excellent price And value for the money. Love the accessories it comes with too. Everything is easy to use. I keep mine near the couch so I’m sure to do it daily.

Title: Beyond expectations!!!
Review: I am in my early 50s. I have been very active most of my life, walking and running long distances. I ran a marathon a few years back, and that marathon really did me in. I developed overly tight quads and calves which lead to a rather large fibroma in the arch of my left foot or so my physio and 2 podiatrists have said. This fibroma has been a bane to my existence. I can't walk very far and I certainly cannot run. Aches and pains all day, every day. Especially in my joints and both feet, but especially the left with fibroma.I have gotten cortisone shots in it, do all the stretches prescribed for it, soak it in epson baths, iced it, received foot massages trying to reduce its size and nothing has helped. Until now. How have I lived without this thing!? I don't even have the words to describe how much relief even 5 minutes on it has brought to me. I think the vibration plate will help loosen the tight tendons in the calves, quads and glutes and will finally break up the fibroma so i can go back to wearing the many gorgeous shoes I own, other than ugly a$$ Oofos slides. And maybe, just maybe, I can train for another marathon!I will update this in a few months time to see if my hunch is correct.Even if it doesn't entirely get rid of it, the overall mood lift and general feeling of relaxation in my legs and lower back is worth it. I may get the larger model at some point but this little waver mini is doing the trick.LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Title: Amazing Pain Reliever
Review: Pro: The product arrived quickly and was fairly straight forward to use. It comes with a book that explains the different settings. It also lists photos of different positions you can do, many I wouldn’t have thought of on my own.I used the product twice so far. One morning I woke up with pain in my hip and back. After 10 minutes on a medium setting the pain greatly decreased. I’m excited to see if this will help with water retention after continued use.Con: The remote for my machine did not work. There was a bit of back and forth with life pro to confirm my order and product type. I have since received an email stating I will receive a replacement by mail.

Review: I was sceptical at first but once I bought and used this vibration plate I was amazed. I suffer terribly in the mornings being stiff and it takes some time to get moving. My legs were always sore. I started using my plate I noticed a difference after a few days. I have more energy right as I wake up and my legs don’t ache at night anymore. If I miss a day or two I really feel it. I love that it comes with exercise bands and is relatively quiet and the preprogrammed settings make it easy to use. I recommend this plate to everyone.

Review: Easy to set up and use. Direction very straightforward. I have found the waver mini machine useful in stretching my muscles and improving my flexibility. Review: I’m loving the machine. It’s easy to use. It’s light enough to move around but there is a bit of weight to it so I personally wouldn’t travel with it regularly but occasionally would be fine. it’s compact enough for a small space but plenty big enough for standing on doing the 3 different leg widths.I’m still on beginners level but have also found just standing on it for 5 mins, very relaxing and helps relax my lower back.When it arrived, the mat you stand on was loose at one edge but the customer service was very helpful and responded quickly and sorted the problem. They also have a website with lots of info and advice on. I received some emails from the company to help get started on the machine.Good quality and build and excellent customer service.
