Title: Needs an editor!
Review: This is one of those books that could really be good, but it is not there yet. When reviewing a book, I overlook the first three or four grammar mistakes and misused words. When I found a page in this book (and I was reading large print on the Kindle app, so it was only three or four paragraphs) that had four glaring mistakes I knew that I could not give the book a good review. (Hint to the author, sometimes spell check and auto correct will give you the wrong word.)There was a lot of good information in this book. I am glad that I read it (even with all the mistakes, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one). I do wish that the author had explained a bit more about how to get to 10,000 steps. Taking a 90 minute walk seems impossible and yet there was not a lot of information about how to work up to it. Also I wish that the author had spent more time on walking 10,000 steps a day and less on general health information. Most of the information was very general.Even if the author cleaned up all the grammar mistakes and misused words I am not sure who I would recommend this book to. Most of the information is very basic, but walking 5 miles a day in one or two walks seems overwhelming for beginners. I did like some of the advice, like picking more than one route to walk. This seems like something that could help me. There was other advice of which I needed to be reminded. I hope that this author gets an editor, because with a bit of revision this could be a good book.

Title: stupid book
Review: Very boring and repetitive. Didnât explain how to build up to doing 10000 steps a day for someone very out of shape or obese. Waste of my time and money.
