Title: Try them out, they are good..
Review: To be honest, over the past 10 yrs, I was waiting to buy this book. Finally i got it. Now, here's what happened then:In these 10-15 yrs, I have learnt enough exercises, so when I got the book 10 yrs later, I found little to learn from Nick. But, to be honest, this is a wonderful book for someone who has a power rack, has been doing weight training for 2+ yrs now and want to try out something new (maybe for a short / long period of time).Believe me when i say this: Do not dismiss this book as another weight training book, it has some good exercises, try them out, they will give you unfound results, without trying, do not dismiss this book.

Title: exercises you've never heard of for beginners
Review: If you been active in learning about weight training none of the exercises are new or cutting edge. It's a great resource for beginners. Format doesn't work well on smart phones.

Title: Great Primer On How To Maximize Your Workout!
Review: Best Exercises You've Never Heard Of by Nick Nilsson is a unique program foradvanced training aimed at developing the triceps, calf, biceps, abdominalsand trapezius muscles. Each exercise series consists of groups of diagrams depicting how to do the exercise, typical errors in the execution of the exercise and tricks to perform the routines effortlessly.Classic muscles are defined and diagrams depict the major functioning elements. For instance, the trapezius is a large superficial muscle. It extends longitudinally from the occipital bone to the lower thoracic vertebrae and laterally to the area of the shoulder blade. The major functions are to move the scapulae and support the arm.For instance, the decline dumbbell row provides the classic row exercise withoutthe back strain. Calf rockups provide peak contraction of the soleus muscles. The soleus muscle is located on the back of the leg just above the Achilles tendon. It extends up to the main calf muscle. Since the soleus muscle is used to generate power for pushing off the ground with the foot, it's subject to injury, overuse and fatigue.Single limb training maximizes the force to be applied to weights. The behind theback pushdown with pulleys depicts a firm grasp on the handle with a high pulleyattached for achieving greater resistance. The dumbbell side to side develops the core of the abdomen. This exerciseuses resistance and side-to-side movements to work muscles responsible fortransferring power throughout the body. A common error is to relax the abdomentoo much, hunch over or rotate the muscles too fast. The author describesa classic trick for overcoming these problems by holding the dumbbell close tothe body to place the minimum torque on the muscles.Best Exercises You've Never Heard Of by Nick Nilsson is an excellent referencefor developing classic muscle groups with less effort. A strength of thepresentation is that the author describes common errors together with theoptimal strategies for avoiding excess strain and other injuries. The diagramsare easy to understand and apply for both novices and professionals.Readers should consult with their physicians, physical therapists and othermedical care providers prior to implementing any exercise program of this magnitude.Credits:Book Review: Best Exercises You've Never Heard Of by Nick Nilsson FirstPublished on Blogcritics

Title: Not a book, just an ad
Review: This is not worth even a free download, it's just an ad for other books...waste of time. Don't bother to buy it.

Title: Typical surfers reactions in the first few reviews. They never red and tried an exercise from the book they despised.
Review: What do you expect from around 10 bucks? The book will work your fat ass off, instead of yourself made a little effort to improve your own body? One good advice from the book (there are a lot) and it payed back handsomely the price. This book opens the window to a new world for those who are interested and understand what they red. Take it as an introduction to Nick,s world. When reached the point of need for deeper details, one can find them in the other books from the same inventive author. It is almost indigestible the plethora of information in Mr. Nilsson works. His database (I think one can get access to it after buying one book only) is immense, and unbelievably reach. The best approach is pick and cherry what seems to fit, and follow it on your own. The only basic low I learned in the field of exercise (and nutrition) that there is no generic solution that fits to everybody. Because every body is different. You are better off having a very wide choice.
