Title: Quality Product and exceptional customer service!
Review: The J&B Xpandable hose is an outstanding performing garden hose! It offers the effectiveness of traditional garden hoses but is much less cumbersome to operate and certainly much easier to stow away. In addition, the customer service at J&B was phenomenal! They were very responsive to an inquiry I had about a delivery and quickly resolved the issue within a week. Highly recommend this product and this company!

Title: Great service
Review: Bought two of these expandable hoses; one for back and other for front yard. One was working great but the other started leaking after a few days. When I contacted the company they sent me a new one which I received the very next day! I was very impressed. So far that one is working fine too. I love the fact that it is lightweight and doesn’t tangle.

Review: This hose is light and stretches out to its full 75 feet. The problem is that the material doesn't seem to be of high quality. The novel is already bent and won't twist. The nozzle is cheap as well. It's a plastic that looks like it won't hold up very long. This is very disappointing considering the price that I paid for the hose.

Title: The best hose I've ever bought
Review: Purchased two of these hoses in May of this year. We liked the convenience and light weight so much that we purchased two more for the faucet on the other side of our house. Our yard is fairly large and has floral borders all around plus two large garden spaces. In other words, watering with a traditional hose is tiring and a real hassle. Now we're able to water everything directly from the spigots on the house - no more additional lengths of heavy rubber hose. To say the least, WE LOVE THEM!Sadly we discovered a leak from one of the fittings on one hose. I emailed J&B with all the details of my "issue". Within twenty minutes I had an initial response. Two hours later I received notice that the lifetime warranty for the hose is exactly that. A new unit is being prepared for shipping.These are pricey items BUT EVER SO WORTH IT. If you've been considering purchasing one or more, don't hesitate any longer. Title: Warranty works!
Review: I bought this hose to replace a cheaper one that had gone bad in only a short time. This one was more expensive but it had a lifetime warranty. After just 2 months the brass fitting at one end began to leak. So I reported this and just today received a replacement!Hose is good and seems strong and I recommend it!

Review: Need a hose? This is the one and only, best hose for your hard earned dollar! I purchased this hose last summer and instantly loved it. It does what it says and the company 100% stands behind their product. So rare these days when you can’t get the “big” companies to care and stand behind their products and services. The hose is lightweight, flexible and easy to maneuver even when my water spout is open full power. Best hose I’ve ever used. Period.I got a couple of small leaks in a couple locations and applied some repair tape specially made for the job which helped but still leaked. I was bummed because I love this hose so much. I then remembered the manufacturer has a lifetime guarantee and sent them an email. They responded immediately asking for my address, order number and short video of the problem. I sent it and same day got a reply saying a replacement hose was on its way. I can’t tell you how happy I am. Considering that I recently purchased an expensive split unit air conditioner from Home Depot and within 2 days of purchasing discovered a defective part. Boy, it’s been a nightmare getting Home Depot to answer the phone let alone help with the problem. It’s been several weeks and they still can’t resolve the issue. So imagine my appreciation to Xpandahose! If you garden, you need this!Updated review! In my previous review I spoke too soon and knew when Brian at JandB asked me to post a review, said his sales depended on customer reviews. Review: We really liked this hose. Unfortunately, it developed a leak at the connection point. That's where the great customer service kicked in. It only took an email to John (of J&B fame) and he had a replacement on the way. We are now loving the new hose! When they say 100% guaranteed, you can trust them to deliver. Title: When they say a Life Time warranty, they mean it.
Review: I am extremely impressed with this hose company. I have had the hose for 5 years, and it recently failed near the sprayer. I had forgotten it had a life time warranty, so I attempted to repair it on my own. I bought a repair kit, cut out the bad section and tried to repair it. After several tries, I couldn't do it. I had a recollection of a warranty, looked up my invoice and found out who to contact. I emailed them and received a response within a day. They requested a copy of the invoice and a picture of the hose. I emailed those in, and within an hour, they said they would send a replacement hose. Totally impressive. I was guessing since I had attempted the repair, it would invalidate the warranty. All future hoses will be from this company.
