Title: Plays dvd’s
Review: We use this along with a Roku to stream dvd’s to our tv’s. It works well and is rather quiet. You just hook it up to your laptop and the machine recognizes it right away. The only issue I ran into is needed to install VLC to get some of the DVD’s to play.

Title: What MacBook Pro is missing.
Review: Mac Book Pro does not have a disk drive. I am compiling my medical history. One hospital wanted to send it to me on a disk. I first told them I had to have it printed. Then I saw this one. Worked right out of the box.

Review: My burner worked fine for several months then the discs it burned were not readable. This discs could not be erased so I lost about 5 discs before I concluded the burner was no longer working. I looked for a way to ask for a replacement but I do not see one.UPDATE: Seller contacted me to offer a full refund. I will purchase this gain as it's quite useful for a laptop with no burner.
