Title: Such a great find
Review: I am huge fan of this book! I have made several kinds of falafels from scratch ... after years of buying the falafel boxed mixes. It is easy to do and better tasting.This is the falafel taco recipe that I made this week. Best recipe so far. I will be ordering more of her cookbooks, as the recipes are easy to follow and have all been successes.
