Review: Reading other reviews I was worried it was going to be too small and difficult to work with. I'm glad I took a leap of faith! This little guy is great. I hated making falafels because it was messy to form the balls and most fell apart when frying. I loved using the tiny spatula to scoop in the mix and apply just enough pressure to compact the mixture properly. Extremely easy to release right into the oil! Made 72 falafel balls in no time at all!

Review: Quite 'deep' to get a perfectly fried falafel if you fill the scoop all the way in, so ended up doing 'half' presses to get the perfect size. I know it said medium, but I feel the diameter needs to be longer to be proportional.Very solid build and high quality, though!
