Title: This fan is strong.
Review: Living in California, I use this fan to bring in cool air in the evenings. I was pleasantly surprised how much air this thing moves. It does produces a decent amount of noise, especially in the highest setting. I use it in an adjacent room and window, at the lowest setting when I sleep.

Title: Totally worth the price
Review: When I ordered this, I was a little grumpy that the price was so much. The last box fan I bought at Walmart was a little over $20 I think. Then again, that could have been 10 years ago. Lol This fan is designed to look pretty slick. I like that it's black, and while it is a little loud (which, let's be honest, most fans are), The strength of this fan is incredible. I live in a 2-bedroom apartment where there is a large in-wall unit air conditioner in the living room. My bedroom however, is down a long hallway and is the last bedroom at the end of the hallway from the living room. To add to that, my bedroom has two very large windows in it. So I already don't have great insulation and it's cold in there in the winter, and hot in the summer. Last year I had bought a different fan off of Amazon that was a round metal fan that sat on the floor. That thing's even stronger than this box fan, and incredibly noisy, but I always keep it at the beginning of the hallway in the living room pointing down the hallway. I had an old Walmart fan that I had pointing into my bedroom from the hallway, but honestly this year and possibly last it didn't feel like the fan was blowing anything anywhere. Even on high. Yes, I could have tried cleaning the fan. I paid $20 for the fan, and that would have entailed using tools to get to the fan to clean it. And quite frankly I was just too lazy to do it.So I opted to order this one. And I have absolutely no regrets. I'm actually laying in bed right now (recovering from surgery), And the fan pointing into the bedroom from the hallway is so strong that I'm actually chilly. I just put a blanket on. Considering that before I had this fan I used a small battery operated table fan pointed on me because I was still warm even with the fan in the doorway,

Title: Powerful, but loud
Review: I really didn't believe that this would cool down an entire room, but it does. We generally prefer box fans anyway, but I won't be buying any others. I'll spend the extra money on this because it is worth it. It pushes air toward way more area than just directly in front of it. If you're even sort of in front of it you can feel it. We also haven't needed to put it at anything more than the lowest setting -- it does plenty with just that.My only complaint would be how loud it is, but honestly that's just a trade off for how powerful it is. Again, worth it.Ours has taken a few hits and it doesn't seem to be damaged in any way. We have three kids and they knock it over just about daily, but you can't even tell.

Title: Great match for this AC-less apartment dweller
Review: I really like this fan. I have two; one stays in my dinette/kitchen window and the other alternates between bedroom and living room. I'm thinking about getting another just for the bedroom, even though it's light and easy enough to move around. I live in a vintage apartment building with no air conditioning, windows are the only ventilation. The fan is pretty loud on the highest setting, but I don't mind because it works so well for me. Its primary use is to pull cool air into my apartment overnight and in the early morning, so I can get through summer by shutting out daytime heat for the most part. Of course when lows aren't so low or don't last as long, it's less effective but that's not the fan's fault. It's still the best match I've found for the purpose, I'm just sorry I didn't try it sooner. I was scared off by negative reviews but finally got it on sale 2 years ago, it's been good deal so far!

Title: So far so great!
Review: I live in a 3rd floor (top) apartment and my air conditioner runs nonstop in the summer. I wanted a box fan to replace a 20 year old one that finally died. I need a fan to cover an entire living room, and also, I want white noise, so the louder the better, I wanted a LOUD fan on high.I just received this and am testing it out in my living room, and it works great. It is good quality and a very nice breeze across the room on high. Lower settings are good too.Noise? On high, it’s adequate. I don’t think it’s loud enough to bother someone who doesn’t want loud white noise in their room, but it is loud enough to make me happy. I think it’s on par with most box fans. I like it.The only thing I am cautious about with this fan is that it is very narrow so might be tippy especially on carpet. I have it on a hard floor and it’s alright but I would be cautious of its stability in certain conditions. It’s very lightweight and pretty slim. As long as it lasts, it does seem to be of good quality and I would purchase this again.Oh and I like the design on the outside, it still blows a strong breeze despite the outer case having small spaces between the air vents, so I don’t have to worry about a chikd or my cat sticking a paw or finger in there and getting hurt by the blade or messing the fan up, it’s safely designed. It cools very well.

Review: Does exactly what it says it does. I was a bit nervous to order due to some of the negative reviews but we've been using this thing at least 12 hours a day for well over two weeks and it hasn't crapped out yet or caught fire as some reviews mentioned. Works really well as all three speeds, fantastic for white noise for sleeping as well as an actual fan

Review: Still using it today. Works well. Light weight but still a bit too noisy even on the lowers setting. But, if noise is not an issue, you can't go wrong with this fan.

Customers say
