Title: The name says it all
Review: I've owned several PUR faucet filters over the past 10 years. I recently moved from a house with well water that was the best tasting I've ever had, so didn't need the filter. My current place is on town water which is highly treated and chlorinated. I drink about 2 gallons of water every day and crave a very clean, neutral taste. This delivers perfectly. I like the ability to switch the water stream from unfiltered to filters with the flick of the lever and the filtered stream is still strong enough fill a quart pitcher in under 30 secs. The caveat is my house has extremely strong water pressure, so you may not get the same flow rate. Nevertheless, the water tastes fantastic. It takes about 2 minutes to install and about 5 minutes to change the filter. I love the visual indicator that tells you when you need a filter change. Mine have lasted the full 3 months that they say is the norm. PUR brand filters are expensive, but of course, Amazon sells generic. I'm really only concerned about taste, not safety, so ok with generics.

Title: Highly recommend
Review: I had a Britta that never really fit my faucet and before it should have, it started leaking and falling off. I was skeptical but purchased this PUR filter for our kitchen island faucet. I am so thrilled with the installation ease and fit. Best of all, no chlorine smell in my drinking water. Good value and great quality.

Title: Works Well, But Slow Flow, Leaks, And Seems Easily Breakable
Review: I previously used a similar product from Brita, so any comparisons will be to that brand.- Installation was easy. Unscrew the aerator from the faucet, screw on the appropriate adapter, click the filter unit onto the adapter, and done! A little simpler than Brita, the click on installation did not require properly lining up threads and turning a ring until it was screwed all the way on.- Appearance is quite similar to the Brita, no major differences.- Filter status light is easier to see than the Brita being on the front of the unit rather than the top, and actually using flashing lights.- Water flow through the filter seems significantly slower than through the Brita, especially noticeable when filling something like a one gallon pitcher.- It leaks? When bypassing the filter and running water straight through in to a humidifier tank it appears that water is still trickling out of the filter outlet then running down the bottom of the unit and dripping all over the tank I am filling. I then have to carry the wet, dripping tanks through my house. Not a fan.- Tap/Filtered water selector switch at back of unit is far easier to operate than that on the Brita but seems super cheap and easily breakable. That's likely caused by the pivot point being on an end of the lever rather than the center. I fully expect that I will end up breaking the lever off either through accidental contact while washing dishes, or by simply turning it a little too far.

Title: This is my second one and they’re great!
Review: So I owned the horizontal one for many years, I’ve lost count. The filter light burned out a long time ago.I was considering a new one and saw this vertical model.I got it today and popped it on easily and I love it! The vertical design is much less “in the way” compared to the horizontal one. It also turns easily on the faucet and the best part is the two white buttons on the side that you squeeze and it simply pops off. This will come in so handy when I’m doing a lot of dishes to keep it out of the way.Edited to add:I really love this vertical design as it SOO easy to work around and pop it off to do dishes, as I hand wash my dishes.The other thing I noticed when I took my old horizontal version off was how much sediment was in the screen. That’s really good that it was catching all of that but it also slowed down the water flow. With the vertical version you can rinse that out so easily when you take it off the faucet.
