Title: Solid and cleans easy!
Review: I thoroughly enjoy these bottles! They are safe to use and clean well!I was concerned about glass and the bottles potentially breaking but I have accidentally dropped twice and there have been no cracks.The fat from breast milk doesn’t stick to the side as easily as plastic bottles. The bottles also clean easier, the milk just slides right off the sides!I was also concerned with the ease of holding but have had no issue. They are obviously heavier than plastic but it’s a small bottle to begin with and I don’t even think of the weight.The size is great since most breastfed babies drink 3-4oz on average!These bottles come with a level 1 nipple flow but can be replaced with any level flow. Dr. Brown sells just the nipples.I’ve had no leakage issues.I also love the longevity of the bottles - with them being glass they won’t need to be replaced like plastic bottles!! It’s worth the money!Also I feel confident using these bottles for my baby since the glass is free from microplastics!I know these bottles have more parts to clean than other bottles but it’s all we’ve used so I don’t even notice. It may be difficult to switch to these if you’ve used another kind.

Title: Favorite Glass Bottle System!
Review: I’ve bought the plastic version of these Dr Brown’s bottles many times. I’m pretty sure I’ve bought these bottles in plastic to use with most of my babies. Huge confession, I’m lazy. Whenever it came time to wash them, I would get frustrated with all the pieces, and throw out the vents. Unfortunately, that meant that my babies hated the nipples on our Dr Brown’s bottles. They would get frustrated that the nipple would always collapse, making it impossible for them to get any milk.In the end, I ended up using various other plastic bottle brands instead. But as we are planning to switch over to glass now, I bought several versions of glass baby bottles (from various brands) to try out. To my surprise, I found that even without the venting system (which I threw out again), the nipples in the glass version never collapse. It’s crazy. The nipples just work on these. I even took all of my nipples and collars from my Dr Brown’s plastic bottles, and tried them on these glass bottles, and they work, too. Now I have lots of extra nipples and collars for my Dr Brown’s glass bottles. I don’t know why they don’t work on the plastic bottles, but they work on the glass ones. My mind is blown.Also, Dr Brown’s makes really great silicone bottle sleeves, this allows me to protect our glass bottles, while still seeing all of the ounce markings easily. And these glass bottles are compatible with a narrow neck breast pump flange or narrow neck flange adapter. And Dr Brown’s sells storage caps that are compatible with these glass bottles, no leakage ever. These bottles are great for storing and heating up breastmilk.As far as quality, Dr Brown’s glass bottles are made from high-quality borosilicated glass. And if you don’t use the vents, you can easily use these bottles to pump and feed up to 5 oz. The 5 oz mark exactly meets at the top of the silicone bottle sleeve, which I find super convenient.Update: These bottles are still my absolute favorite bottles to pump into. And they are amazing bottles for storing and heating up breastmilk. These glass bottles make up part of the best breast to bottle system on the market. But in the end, baby much prefers the shape of Pigeon/Lansinoh nipples. I still rate this bottle 5 stars. Our issues are all about baby’s preference, and not quality.

Title: Great bottles
Review: The glass 4oz Dr Browns bottles are the perfect combo of safe easy feeding for my baby. They are light weight, and do not break when dropped. I haven’t experienced any leaking or cracks either. They are easy to clean and store. And they come with the same filter inserts as the plastic bottles so if you enjoy the benefits of those, they work best for my kid, then you will like this glass version. Also, glass gets colder than plastic so these keep my breastmilk soooo cold in the fridge. I guess the drawback is that it takes longer to warm up a glass bottle. But all in all these are the only bottles we feed our son with and have not had any issues or concerns. We feel great about cutting down his exposure to harmful microplastics and chemicals found in them.

Title: Phenomenal Bottles
Review: We love Dr. Brown bottles. We have been using them for 8 months now and have had no issues. I will warn that the older our daughter gets the more weary we are of using the glass bottles due to her wanting to hold them. With that said they are great quality and we never have worried about them breaking. These seem to last longer and withstand the repeated sanitizing better than the plastic Dr. Brown bottles.
