Review: I have acid reflux which is easily triggered and IBS-C. I use supplements for blood type A from an eat for your type website. I use fiber therapy to help with regular bowel movements. If I run out I can feel the effect of not having it within a few hours. I have tried all kinds of fiber therapy products but this product which contains methylcellose works the best. Prescription proton inhibitors made me very ill. With much trial and error I have eliminated these from my diet, and have developed my own plan. Fiber therapy with methlcellulose is essential to my health.
