【8K Better Resolution】 100um thinnest PFA give twice better resolution enhancing 8K print quality.
【50% Less Adhesion】 Pure PFA has 50% less adhesion and give higher success print rate.
【Thinnest & Strongest 100um PFA】 SuperPFA is 100um and it is the thinnest and strongest PFA(nFEP) film in the world.
【x5 Stronger】 Tensile modulus of SuperPFA has 40MPa which is 5 times higher than 6MPa of regular FEP film.
【>95% or Higher Transparency】 Pure PFA(nFEP), optical grade PET and silicone OCA give more than 95% transmittance.

Title: Worst nFEP
Review: Replaced my Saturn 2's FEP with this product and after one small print the nFEP began delaminating from the protective plastic layer at the bottom. This is ridiculous. I've had to order new FEPs and replace them again. Avoid this product.

Title: I love these
Review: As anyone who has poked a hole in the bottom of their resin tank, leaks suck. These sheets are really, really tough. One side is FEP and the other is a much stronger plastic. If the FEP gets damaged the other plastic is likely to survive whatever caused the hole or tear. I've got four resin printers and after the first one I've always thrown away the factory installed FEP for one of these before my first print. Seriously, they're that good.5 stars without hesitation.

Title: Worked beautifully for a few prints, then suddenly started delaminating
Review: [Experience Level: A few years printing and selling resin 3D prints, using dozens of different machines, resins, and FEPs.]I installed this film in a Photon Mono X 6K vat, trammed the buildplate to the screen again and dialed in resin settings. Everything worked great for a handful of prints, models peeled quickly off the film so I could even lower the lift height and save print time. The film still looked great after every print session, there were no pock marks or dings developing quickly, like they can with regular FEP.These are models I've been printing and selling for years without issues, so it was disappointing to see that after a few prints I got an inexplicable failure and the model was stuck to the film. No problem, it's an easy clean up process, but after popping the failed glob off the film I saw that the resin had actually eaten through the top layer and left ragged craters. The bottom two layers of the film were still intact so mercifully resin didn't leak everywhere.I thought maybe it was just a bad sheet so I installed another film and tried again. After a few prints the same thing happened. I switched back to my old FEP and haven't had problems anymore. For about $8 a sheet and a bunch of time wasted fiddling with about a million vat screws, this is a lousy experience. When regular FEP gets resin stuck to it, you can pop it off and it might leave a scratch, or a scuff, or a ding in the FEP in that area, but it will still be usable. You might need to raise exposure a few ticks if the FEP is really cloudy in the damaged area, but it's still usable. With this layered nFEP film, the top layer gets destroyed to the point of not being able to print on that area anymore. If you print small models you can move the models to parts of the buildplate that won't use the damaged areas, but there's nothing you can do but change the film if you need to print larger models.

Title: Do not use under any circumstances
Review: Do not buy this stuff unless you want either a damaged lcd or destroyed prints. It "peels", which fep shouldn't do but it does. There are many threads in the Phrozen 3d mega 8k group of people who damaged there printers after testing this nfep. If you value your machine, don't use. I tried and it cost me about $1000.I don't have a photo but I grabbed one from another user in the mega group who had printer damage as a result.

Title: Unfortunately not very good - delaminates easily
Review: This was my first time trying nFEP, having used various other brands of standard FEP with similar success regardless of make for years. Thus my take on it may just be my printer/methods not working well with nFEP.So here it is - printing on my Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4k, I get about 3-4 prints out of these before some bit of resin clings too much to the film and leaves behind a little chunk, or delaminates a little spot. That spot is now going to grab every subsequent print, so it worsens over time and I have to avoid that area of the build plate. The first time it happened was after a print failure, so I figured I had caused it. Switched out the nFEP only to find similar results with all 3. I will not be buying these again, which is disappointing as I REALLY like 3DMaterials resins. I use fairly low first layer settings (20-25 seconds for a standard ABS like resin), which has always worked well for me. Less than that and I have adhesion problems, in this case as well.Wonderful company! But these sheets don't work well at all for me. If I try nFEP again and find similar results I'll update here, since the conclusion would be that me+nFEP=bad, rather than this being a poor nFEP example. 🙂

Title: Poor quality
Review: Film felt sticky. If you have any de-laminated bits it will stick to the film and is extremely hard to get off. Just replaced this stuff in my resin vat (2nd time for this film) and after first print film is cloudy. Film is also easily damaged, much easier than any previous brand I have used. Don't wast your money on this film.

Title: Exactly what I was expecting
Review: As a 3D printer beginner I would say that I haven't really noticed the difference between FEP and nFEP, but so far I haven't have any problems using this film. It feels durable even though it's extremely thin. I have bought two packages so far and it's a must have in case of an emergency. Unfortunately human error is really common while 3D printing with resin LOL.
