Title: the twisted ones revived
Review: "The Twisted Ones: Five Nights at Freddy's" is an absolute page-turner, taking us deeper into the sinister world of childhood nightmares. Scott Cawthon and Kira Breed-Wrisley have crafted a chilling and immersive sequel that seamlessly blends elements of horror, mystery, and suspense. The book is commendable for its rich, vivid descriptions that make the settings and characters come alive, almost as if they are playing out before your very eyes. The narrative is tight, layered, and fast-paced. It's a testament to the authors' storytelling prowess as the plot twists and turns, keeping the readers on the edge of their seats. The characters are well-developed, with protagonist Charlie's journey being a highlight. Her bravery, resilience, and determination to unravel the mysteries of Freddy's are inspiring, adding depth to her character and making her relatable. The rest of the cast also add color to the narrative, each with their own quirks and unique traits.Cawthon and Breed-Wrisley have also managed to imbue the narrative with a palpable sense of dread and eeriness. The book is not just about the scares, but also about the unsettling atmosphere that pervades each page, making your heart race as you turn each one. Finally, the book's ending is a masterstroke. It leaves you wanting more, yet satisfied at the same time. It's a fitting conclusion to a thriller that keeps you guessing until the very end.In conclusion, "The Twisted Ones: Five Nights at Freddy's" is an exciting blend of horror and mystery. It's a compelling read for anyone who loves a good scare, a thrilling mystery, and an intriguing plot filled with suspense. The authors have truly outdone themselves with this sequel, taking us deeper into the dark, ominous world of Freddy's. It's a chillingly fantastic read that's sure to keep you up at night!

Title: Phenominal
Review: I have been a big fan of the game series for many years, and now that I finally have given the books a chance, I don't regret a single thing. The book is terrifying, heart wrenching and gives the uneasy feeling you get when you play the games. This series is icing me deeper into the horrors of FNAF and it's been a thrilling good time.

Title: Another great thriller from Cawthon and Wrisley
Review: I greatly enjoyed last year's Five Nights at Freddy's: The Silver Eyes, and I was very pleased with this follow up, which is every bit as engrossing and enjoyable as the first book, and even moreso in some ways. I won't spoil anything of the plot, but I will say that the creepy/horrific stuff starts a lot sooner in this book than it did in the first, and once things really get going they don't let up. Scott Cawthon and Kira Breed-Wrisley make an excellent team. I'd imagine Cawthon is more in charge of the plot beats and lore details whereas Wrisley probably does the prose, but regardless of who does what, the writing style is fantastic. The book does a great job of taking you into what each character is thinking and feeling and everyone acts in believable ways. The horror bits are surreal and gruesome, and even a bit disorienting in several passages, which kind of makes you feel a bit how the characters might. The ending is a bit open, but I hope the duo writes another FNAF book, because both of these have been great takes on the series.

Title: Charlie the Mexican Jumping Bean from Scene to Scene
Review: First off, the book ends on a cliffhanger. I wanted to bring this up first in case people complained about the book, expecting a complete novel.Second, I am going to admit I got lost a few times following the character's actions. There is so much running all over the place I sort felt disconnected from the environment, unlike in the first novel. In "Silver Eyes," Cawthon and Breed-Wrisley really brought you into the setting. Charlie's house, the diner, both restaurants, etc. Not that they failed at doing this in "The Twisted Ones," but it seemed the minute I was just getting immersed into a scene, Charlie goes running off somewhere else. After a while, I was getting frustrated with her scampering madly from one thing to another. On the other hand though, you can see her slow descent into losing her mind. Without giving away spoilers, I applaud the authors for addressing this. I doubt anyone could live through what Charlie lived through in the first book and simply go on with their life like nothing happened.I wish I could like John, I really do. I just find him exhausting. However, I did like Jessica was really pleased with the return of Clay. I appreciate the authors touching on how everything affected Clay and Betty's marriage. The authors took the time to show their readers how all of the events affected other people, including minor characters.I am glad for the cliffhanger. While I prefer "Silver Eyes" more, this might change with the third book. Some of the descriptions of the new animatronics left me wanting. So many were thrown at you so quickly, and I had to remind myself the authors are not trying to follow the game. When you read the book, divorce it from the game or you might get frustrated looking for certain characters and they never appearing.I highly recommend the book. The four stars are because the book jumped around too much for my taste, but I would encourage anyone to read it.

Title: Great book for my 8 year old grandson
Review: My grandson loves this book, we got it for him for Christmas and he loves it. He's at a third grade reading level+ and he has no problem reading this and enjoying it. It helped that we started reading with him early in life because now he picks up a book and he can start reading it even if he doesn't understand it. Would definitely recommend this.
