Title: Tacos for Every Meal and Even Dessert!
Review: I received an advanced review copy of this cookbook. I love Adriana's other cookbook, Best of Mexican Cooking, so I was really excited to see her write a cookbook dedicated solely to tacos. I wholeheartedly agree with her that tacos are life. She has taco recipes for every meal, including breakfast and dessert. I love that she again shares a list of pantry essentials in the front of the book, and I especially love that she shares how to make all the sauces and special ingredients that go along with tacos, like various types of salsa and guacamole and slaw (for fish tacos). You can even make drinks to serve on taco night or with your taco get together. My boys have gotten a little bored with my same old taco routine (and frankly, so have I), so I'm excited to liven it up a bit with Adriana's recipes. Most of the recipes look downright easy to make, with down to earth ingredients; for me, simple always wins, because life is just too busy for complicated. So excited to add this wonderful cookbook to my collection!

Title: Your Tuesday nights got so much easier:)
Review: If your family is big on Taco Tuesday, this is the book for you!! We love tacos but I was stuck in only 1-2 recipes. This book has amazing taco recipes, good sauces to top them off with and plenty of sides. You can mix and match so definitely as you get creative there's a lot more options of tacos you can come up with. There's some drink recipes to accompany your tacos too:)).We tried the Grilled Mahi Mahi tacos and they're superb!! Now I'm eyeing the Carne Asada tacos for next Tuesday:)). Yumm!!My kids love tacos and we'll keep trying new recipes for the next couple of months from this book.I was provided with an advance copy of this book from the publisher for review!Enjoy these awesome tacos!! Loved the book!

Title: So Much Variety!!
Review: I received this cookbook as an advanced reader copy. I was so excited because I love Adriana's other cookbook, Best of Mexican Cooking, so I had high hopes for this collection. She just doesn't disappoint! Tacos are an amazingly versatile food, and she proves it with the sheer number of recipes in the book. Broken down by type, there are tacos for breakfast, any kind of protein, and dessert! The first chapter covers taco basics, including seasonings and spices, which is cool, but then we get into the thick of it. I've pulled this out on nights when my brain is just too tired to think about dinner, and we've always found a recipe that worked with what we already had in the house. We love the salsa recipe, and the taco seasoning mix is also really helpful and can be made in a big batch for any filling. Love this book!

Title: Very disappointing.
Review: No pictures. A ho hum cookbook. I would say chapter 7 was the most high light. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money on this one.
