Title: I love this watch so much I am gluing the bands on to avoid replacing the watch itself
Review: Purchased in April of 2021. Great for fitness tracking, sleep, etc. Better than more expensive Fitbits. In July of 2022, the connection to the band broke off. Not the band, I've gone through a number of bands, but the connector that goes from band to watch. Researched replacing watch. Decided best option was super glue band to connector. Now October 2022, band connector to watch itself has broken...researching replacements and still not to keep on any of the available upgrades, so I've now super glued two parts together. This is probably the last thing I can glue before watch definitely needs replacement. I'll probably buy the charge 4 again, because none of the Fitbit newer models seem to have all the features that the charge 4 has...possibly I should just glue the face to my arm

Title: I loved it until it BROKE after 6 months (UPDATE!)
Review: First of all, the color was listed as Rosewood, which I took to be a red-brown , but is actually dark purple (eggplant). Fine, I wanted to use it right away, so I kept it. The bigger issue, is that Iâve only had it for 6 months and itâs broken already! I was walking and suddenly it fell off. I picked it up and discovered that the part of the fit bit that goes inside one end of the band had cracked in half. To make matters worse, when it hit the ground, the part that had cracked off inside the band was dislodged and I couldnât find it in the dark. For over $120, I expect something to last longer than 6 months.UPDATE (5/27/22)I used my Fitbit app to contact customer service and explained my problem. The representative asked me to send a photo and within a few minutes was told I would be sent a new device! It was a very simple process and the rep was very courteous. Itâs nice to know that there are still companies that stand behind their products!

Title: Worked OK
Review: I bought this brand new original Charge 4 to replace my very old broken Charge 4 - switching to this classic Charge 4 on my Android Phone went well (I recharged the new Charge 4 when it arrived). The "overall rating" was initially only 4 stars because there are some minor issues with the Fitbit app environment, but I've finally managed to get it working OK identically to my original Charge 4. It's now perfect!

Title: Overall excellence, but not perfect
Review: I primarily use the following features:- Sleep tracking- Step counting- Tracking my Jogging (GPS/route tracking, time, Heart Rate, etc)For the first two, it's all aces. Quite happy, though I don't always understand why it sometimes gets the more verbose sleep logging and others it doesn't. Step tracking is fine, though I mainly like the percentage circle (not micro-managing my steps). The last one is why it loses some stars. I don't like having to deal with touch screen when I'm sweaty, it's unreliable. But the biggest irritation is that about 75% of the time, it won't connect to GPS and therefore doesn't accurately measure my route or distance and therefore doesn't have correct results. It's infuriating because I do the same route each time and sometimes it does, most times not, and I have no explanation why.Other thoughts:- Battery life is fine, no complaints- The stock band is awful, I couldn't find a comfortable notch, but replaced with a stretchy one with variable sizes and it's sooo much better. But the GPS issue is honestly one of the biggest reasons I didn't jump for the Charge 5, since my understanding is that the guts aren't much different. Your mileage may vary (if your GPS connects or not, hah).

Title: Great Fitbit
Review: Iâve done through 2 Fitbit Charge 4âs then I went to Apple Watch 9. Had to charge that watch every day since I wanted my sleep info. I know the sleep mode has changed in an update, but I still miss my Fitbit! Seriously considering sending Apple Watch back and buying another Charge 4. Battery died on my old one (after I was down to using superglue for the parts to stay on!). Miss it.

Title: Piece of junk
Review: I purchased this watch in May 2023. A few days ago I put it on after fully charging it, four hours later it was dead. I tried all the things that support said to try. It now holds a charge for about 14 hours. I am unable to wear it at night because of the battery draining so quicklyâ¦I have had to turn of most of the features to reserve powerâ¦trying to reach someone to help is impossibleâ¦worst purchase I have ever made.It wasnât that great before the battery problem. The tracker is not very accurate, and I was very disappointed that the o2 was only measured at night while sleeping. It would not always light up when moving my wrist to check the time. I would have given it 3 stars before the battery problem.Itâs definitely not worth what you pay, customer service is terrible, I absolutely do not recommend it.UpdatedThought I should give a bit more explanation on the customer service with a side note that I will never purchase another FitbitTalked with Fitbit customer service the woman could see that the battery was draining butâ¦I did not purchase from a listed seller so they wouldnât honor the warranty. I purchased from Amazon, but it was through a seller Yahâ¦I emailed them received an email back promptly saying that â Iâm so sorry to hear this. Please reach out to Amazon directly for a replacement or refund as they handle all customer service for this item as they ship directly from their warehouses.â called Amazon, they were so sorry but the window for returns had closed. After explaining what had happened I was transferred and then after about 45 minutes give or take it was decided they would refund with a restocking fee. The gentleman said he would give me a $5 gift card,( hasnât as of this writing) for the inconvenience. I have the pos watch boxed up and ready to ship back, figured that a partial refund was better than none.If you are reading this review definitely make sure, if you are silly enough to buy a Fitbit, to buy from Amazon itself( if they actually sell them). I personally wouldnât buy one.I had an Apple Watch that lasted 5 years, another off brand that still works but the strap gave out after 3 years. I had received an Amazon fitness watch, for Christmas, that became obsolete which is where my Fitbit purchase came in. Lesson learned, for me anyway. Happy shopping yâall.

Review: I have been wanting one for a while now and finally took the plunge. I love it. It shows me steps, date, time, heartrate and on my phone app, tells me details like sleep information, water intake etc. Well worth the cost and even at the ripe old age of 63, you are never too old for something like this.

Review: Please note that I am writing this review after using the product for 18 months I bought this in Nov 2020 just after the warranty was over in Nov 2021 the GPS started malfunctioning , so only way I could use GPS is by connecting it to phoneWithin few months the strap quality was so bad that it cracked I started using the larger strap within a few months that cracked as well . A month ago even before completing 18 months the battery started draining very badly . It would be full charged one moment and then it would be at 0 charge just 2 hours later. So much that now the whole Fitbit is unusable and has no value . I have to now buy a new a new fitness band 14k investment gone to 0 in 18 months
