Review: This vibration plate came nicely packaged. The delivery was on time and came extremely fast. The design is technology driven and when I say it does the job it’s an understatement. It came setup . Just open and start the journey Great investment, excellent workout quality. It gets the job done. It definitely helps with circulation and pain relief. Title: Great machine
Review: I have had this machine for a bit over three weeks and Im very happy with it. It was a good price and was shipped rapidly. Easy set up. I did check with my provider before purchase. I have done a great deal of manual labor in my life so have some trouble with knees ans back. The instructions do warm of potential dizziness with initial use and I found this to be true. I started at four minutes increasing minutes every couple days. I am now up to 20 minutes a day over a three week span of time. It has hjelpes my knees nd back. When the weather allows I also hike one- two miles a day with two dogs. At least once a week. I never know vibration plates existed until referer by a friend. I m also down five pounds in the three weeks. I am also over sixty years old so i suggest those of you with Health issues work with your medical provider and start slowly. I love mine and look forward to my daily ‘jiggle’. Reommend

Title: WOW! Amazing feeling!
Review: I had no idea how powerful this vibration plate could be. It is wonderful. It is also addictive, simply because it feels so good! I've been using 10 to 20 minutes a day for a week and can already feel the difference in my joints, lower and upper back. If I get tense all I have to do is step on this for a few minutes and the tension disappears. My muscles actually get sore like I had a good work out. Simply amazing machine. It is well built, very sturdy and stays put while using it, through the whole workout. I use it on both carpet and our hardwood floors. If your feet or legs hurt, use this while sitting. Your feet and legs will thank you. I can already tell it's helping with my balance because it is working my core muscles. Highly recommend.

Title: Seems to be working fine but remote control is not working.
Review: I opened the box and the plate machine seems to be working fine. The remote control is what’s not working (hopefully they send me a new remote that works). I will update my review to let you all know how it goes.

Title: Alleviates joint stiffness
Review: My friend told me about this vibration platform when I mentioned my stiff hip to her. I bought it on a lark thinking 'if it works - great' , if not, it was worth a chance. I have used it faithfully for 12 days and can feel how my joints are more nimble and far less stiff for longer periods of time. I use free weights for cardio and I find it easy to balance. This is a great add to my exercise routine and it only takes 10 min/day.
