Title: Extremely bright, great size
Review: These torches are great. There’s three levels of brightness, low, high and SOS. There’s a button to press near the light end. To access the additional settings, when you’re on either high or dim, press and hold the button. It’s subtle but there. The button feels soft yet sturdy and not located in a weird location so there’s no accidental presses. The battery instructions are located on the end of the flashlight on the lid. All of the positive ends go face down into the flashlight. The weight feels evenly distributed. Overall, great buy for the price.

Title: Bright and functional but no instructions
Review: The battery installation instructions are on the end cap that you remove. All 6 go positive end down. The cap has to be pushed down and turned after installing the batteries. Do this carefully so you don't strip the grooves. I don't have hand strength so this was difficult for me.There are no instructions on the use of the 7 functions and I can't really figure out 7. Pushing the button once is bright. Pushing it twice is dim. Three times is strobe. One reviewer said holding the button does something but I didn't see any difference.This is a very bright light and will serve its purpose and was worth the money. It would have been better if it came with instructions on how to use the seven different settings.

Title: A lot of brightness for the money
Review: This flashlight appeared to have a pretty good brightness to cost ratio and so I bought it. It's solid and well machined and assembled, seals tight, throws out a strong beam, and both the low beam and high beam modes are useful. It is a little heavy, but I don't mind that.I haven't had it long enough to notice any failure points and I have yet to wear out the batteries (about an hour of use), if I do I'll update my review. But in the meantime I would recommend this as a serious flashlight.

Title: Definitely brighter than 1000 lumens.
Review: Out the box, it's impressive. Thicker than I thought by the pictures. It's the diameter of a maglight, and 9 inches long. No focus, but the color is really easy on the eyes. Soft and warm.The best part was the surprise: I have a 1500 lumen light I compared it to, and it has, as much as I can tell, probably 50% more light than it does.Beam is a spot/flood combo, no zoom. Lens assemble doesn't come off, and battery compartment (6 AA's) has a lubed o ring to seal.Not really and EDC, but it brings the bigger light when the pocket sized lights just aren't quite putting out.On the level of Acebeam or Immalent? No. But for $20, I'd give it five stars all day.

Title: Works great, very bright.
Review: Very bright. Came with 6 AA batteries. Great value for $22. It's a little bigger than expected but not too big like the big Mag Lites.We have a 180 yd x 50 yd front yard and this light illuminates the whole thing at once.
