Title: Power button needs redesigning
Review: I like the fact that it is wide and heat up easily. It glides easily through hair and does its job of either straightening or curling your hair. I am including 4 pix to show size comparison between 2" Vanessa roller and my existing 1" that's still working. I have long hair and wider roller is useful. I only used this hot roller once and hopefully will be able to use it again and again for many years if I don't return it.The issue: the power and temp buttons are located in the handle, where you are holding the roller, many times one of the buttons will get pressed, the power button will be okay since you need to press it for 3 seconds to power off. When you are dealing with the back of your head, getting one of these buttons pressed make you stop and check. I have decided to hold the roller on the back of the plate instead to avoid pressing the buttons, that is not going to happen. These areas are hot to the touch. From the picture you can see that they are thin (see pix one where you can see my pink hot roller is significantly higher thus providing you with great insulation).I am going to use it again one more time before making a decision whether I should keep it or not. Having dual voltage will be nice, but I have not tried this feature either.

Title: Love this straightener
Review: The design of this straightener is great. The quality for the price is beyond my expectations. I would recommend a Heat protectant to use prior for better results. It leaves my hair very soft I also own a babybliss and this straightener gives way better results for less than half the price.

Review: Just randomly stopped heating up after 3 months. I’m outside of the return window and can’t get this thing to heat up. It’s warm but I can touch it with my fingers, nothing is getting straight here. Was perfect, the best EVER when it was working
