Title: Quick and smooth
Review: I love this straightener! My very expensive straightener broke so I needed a new one and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I chose this because Remington is a great brand and the price was right. Couldn’t believe how easy it was. You can see on the left is where I straightened my hair on the right that’s the amount of waves I have.It Minute took me less than one minute to straighten my hair on the left. I do get waves all the way up to my scalp, so this was really super easy, and I feel like it was shiny and smooth when I was done ! Fast and efficient!

Title: great on long thick curly hair
Review: I got the 1 inch, even though I have long thick naturally curly long hair because its what i was looking for, it styles differently than the 2 inch. I wasn't sure how well this product would work on my hair. I was looking for something that would reduce frizz, straighten my hair and leave it smooth and shiny. This being a name brand, Remington, and what it advertised, along with a great price, I decided to read the reviews. After reading and looking at the reviews I decided to order. I usually blow my hair out first b4 using an iron. I blow it out with a attachment that has a big brush, then i flat iron using this tool. I tested it out and was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked on my hair type. Product is easy to use, but PLEASE be CAREFUL the iron is HOT on the very top. (As with any heat tool be CAREFUL) It does have a cord that twists and the heat display is very visible. It does offer multiple heat settings which are important you use according to your hair type. I initially tried it on 430° and tried the other heat settings just to compare. If you've used this type of tool b4 then you're aware not to hold in place too long, you want to run it through your hair slowly. After I was finished, my hair was super straight, light and soft feeling, had a nice shine to it (FYI I did use a hair shine oil prior to ironing) My hair looked like I had just been to the salon.Overall, I good product. Having only used it once, I'm obviously not sure how it will hold up over time. If things change, I will revise my review.

Review: Works well on my hair doesn’t pull and has great curl ability! My only small annoyance is button position.. my fingers push when curling/waving. I have adapted since this iron is a good value for the money! It has good grip and a push lock to keep it closed.

Review: This straightener heats up extremely fast!!! (20-30 seconds) and it beeps when it is done heating up. Buttons on the side for power and temp control work great and are in a good spot. I don't hit the buttons when I am using it which is a huge bonus. My hair doesn't get snagged or pull. Glides along hair smoothly. It is very sleek looking. My hair is naturally wavy and has some curls and this straightener worked great to straighten them. I didn't have to pass it over my hair multiple times. The cord swivels really easily making it super easy and efficient for use. There is also a small lock at the base of it to lock it closed when not using it. Hope this review helps.

Con esta en menos de 10 minutos estilicé todo el cabello (tengo bastante) y queda con brillo. Calienta muuucho, se debe usar protector de calor. Enciende rápido, varias temperaturas, todo excelente! El precio lo vale

Review: My 13 year old hair straightener finally kicked the bucket, so I did some searching around for a replacement and landed on the Remington Shine Therapy 1” Flat Iron, Argan Oil & Keratin Plate Hair Straightener. I was happy with the price and after using it a handful of times I’m even more impressed with the results! This straightener heats up very quickly, it’s light weight, I like that the buttons are on the side (my old one had the power button inside close to the plates and a dial for the heat), and I like that you can lock the straightener closed to store it away. I added a before and after photo of my hair for reference.
