Title: Very useful for record keeping
Review: I bought this after a hospital stay that required a lot of testing for gastric issues. Am now trying to find trigger foods by keeping detailed records of the things I eat and my reactions. This log is perfect for me because it puts all the details on two facing pages every day (all foods, snacks, drinks, and medications / sleep, exercise, mood, and energy notes / water intake and bowel movements). My doctor is going to be able to see everything and help me with dietary changes I need to make. I love this log!

Title: Small
Review: I should have paid attention to the size. This is very small and I write very big. I thought it was 8.5 by 11. Not so.

Title: Great way to track food issues!!
Review: This is my first food diary & I can't believe how illuminating the process is. Really helped in pinpointing what foods cause issues and other behaviors that affect digestion.

Title: Great! has room for slight improvement
Review: This journal is cute, easy to use, and covers all the important details. If I could change anything about it, it would be to make it more IBS, IBD, Ostomy, and ileostomy patient friendly. It only has three spaces per day for bowel movements and I canât tell you how badly I wish thatâs all I needed. I originally bought this to track my ulcerative colitis symptoms and could probably use at least 7 more bowel movement tracking boxes. Since then I had my colon removed and am now tracking for my ileostomy pouch. I need far less boxes for bowel movements but still wish there were at least 5. Additionally the Bristol chart is included at the beginning of the book. Super helpful, but now my stool is different because it is bag out put. The addition of an output consistency chart would make this the perfect versatile food journal.

Title: Lots of information
Review: This is a great book. I keep it in my purse and use it daily. I have UC and have to watch what I eat because of it. Certain foods affect how I feel and this book is great at helping me narrow down the foods that I should limit or exclude from my diet. He has an area for going to the restroom and that helps me remember how frequently and type I am going when talking to my doctor. It has helped me alot with my doctor appointments not being so much guessing at that moment.
