Title: Simple, Sleek, Elegant & Effective!
Review: I'm a fan of the brand Renpho. Their products are simply great. I've been using the smart body scale for over 3 years. So I didn't think twice when I thought of getting a food scale. This device is sturdy, well built with high-grade stainless steel but is also light-weight and handly compared to the glass alternates. It uses 3AAA batteries which comes pre-installed and will probably last months. The buttons are easy-touch and not push buttons. You can measure in oz / lb:oz/ g / ml / fl.oz. The scale is absolutely accurate, I tested with some water volume and standard weight items like my iPhone. The device can measure up to 11 lb / 5kgs.The app is also great and connects seamlessly with the scale. The app can log your food weight and convert to the nutritional value which you can compare with your daily bodyweight chart in the other Renpho app. (They should merge both the apps.) The scale in combination with the app will help you stick to a precise diet and cut on those underestimated calories in a portion to get better fitness results. The price point is low compared to the market and with my experience with Renpho smart body scale, I can say these products are built to last.

Title: Renpho is quicky becoming a household name over here!
Review: Just needed to replace an old scale I had. Went with this one, first I love the all stainless look, fits well with other kitchen appliances. Pretty simple to use. I do appreciate the coffee maker feature. I haven't used that yet but I know I will for good French press coffee. The new health app is a very nice feature and although, I had to figure out how to join the Bluetooth, it was fine afterwards. The instructions are a little vague on what you'll see in the app. It doesn't connect automatically per se, it will show up in the app THEN you will see an option to add new devices. I also have the bathroom scale and it detected that as well and pulled all of my data in. So it's nice to have both in the same app. Very informative. Easy to wipe clean and the design is modern and seamless. My favorite thing has to be the fluid oz. Measurement which my old scale didn't have. I may have been measuring wrong the entire time but now it's very specific. I even tested the accuracy using a measuring cup. Very good purchase. Renpho is very reliable and the products aren't cheap feeling material or design.

Title: Great Scale!
Review: Here are my initial thoughts on the Renpho Smart Nutrition Scale. I own a Renpho smart bathroom scale which is amazing! So I was very excited at the prospect of having a scale with an app that measures & calculates my calories directly to my phone. These are my honest thoughts.Appearance: 9/10 - This scale was slightly bigger than other food scales I've been using but still does not have a large footprint at 6.5 in x 9 in. The stainless steel exterior was very sleek & as you can see in the picture, reflective. It's very easy to clean. It also has a lighted display which is an important feature some other scales overlook. At 1.5 lbs it feels heavier than other scales I've owned but also feels sturdier at the same time. I don't think it will be damaged easily & I will be able to put large bowls/plates on it without covering up the display. It can handle up to 11 lbs which is great! Buttons are sleek & only require resting your finger on the button. No pressing. It measures in more weights than I've previously seen (oz, lb, g, ml, fl oz).Setup: 10/10 - Setup of the actual scale was pretty easy. Remove battery tab & you're ready.App: 5/10 - The app that accompanies this scale felt a bit invasive. It required personal info (name, dob, etc) before allowing you to continue registration. I was unable to skip this, so dummy info could be entered here if you wanted. If you are currently using an app to track your food, there will be a learning curve & the app will most likely feel a bit clunky & not very intuitive. Be sure to read the directions with this scale, they're very simple & will save you some time.The app decides on your daily calorie range based on your setup info. I have been unable to change this which would be helpful. When setting a goal weight under the "lose weight" section you will only be able to track short term weight loss goals. There are also "keep in shape" & "gain weight/muscle" options. All goal options are short term with 10 weeks being the max you can plan for. Your favorite brand specific foods will most likely need to be added but once done are there. This is common when apps like this start up as they rely on user input to build their databases. To add food when you're away from your scale is possible but you need to either know the weight or calories of the item to enter them accurately. This is a major flaw of this app. Results defer to 100g weights which doesn't translate to ounces well for the average user. It would be nice to be able to add 1 egg or 1 slice wheat bread. The diary report is a really nice feature & has a nice feel to it. There is also a coffee maker feature that helps you track brewing time, ratio of water to coffee, etc. I did not use this function but wanted to mention it as I've never seen this on a food tracking app before.I really wanted to love this scale. If you are buying just for the scale it's nice looking and seems well built but the app has a ways to go. Based on what I've seen with the bathroom scale, I'm sure there will be programming updates to improve some features so I will update my review when that happens.

Review: I bought the RENPHO Smart Nutrition Food Scale almost two weeks ago and I've been happy with it so far. It replaced my old, basic food scale that started to fail when it came to accuracy.The Renpho food scale is an accurate product as I compared it's measures with two different scales that my friends have and readings were almost identical. That makes it a very useful tool for people that are on a diet, in training or simply check the callories that daily have. It helps to maintain the healthy lifestyle!Renpho food scale is very easy to use so it's a product for everybody! It uses three batteries (3AAA) that are easy to replace/install. I personally use rechargeable batteries so set of three will last for ages.Scale itself is a handy-size, not too big and not too small so it will fit any kitchen. It is easy to clean and that makes maintenance very simple and hassle free.I truly recommend it as so far I am happy with using it. I also use Renpho Smart Scale for people to control my body weight. It is also very reliable tool made by Renpho that I have been using for more then two years and I can recommend.
