Title: Helps sooth my heel pain
Review: Love the orange color. I wanted something for heel pain and this helps when I position my heel at the front with the rest of my foot hanging off the pad. There's not enough pressure with my foot in a normal position, but when angled up or down it hits it nicely. The heat is ok. Would prefer hotter, but too much heat would probably melt the plastic. If you want it to hit the arch of your feet, you will need to place something under the arch while using the plate. I have some yamuna rubber arch therapy half balls. Otherwise, you won't feel any benefit. The bumps on the pads are made to stimulate reflexology points and I actually prefer this design. I also noticed if I press down on my knee with my body weight that the pressure increases on the foot. Standing on the plate didn't seem to be as beneficial. It definitely vibrates enough to help with neuropathy and circulation. The calves also receive a lot of vibration. Have not used it on my back or other body part, but it would no doubt vibrate enough to stimulate the calves directly. I prefer shiatsu or percussion massage on my back, so I'm not that keen on using this on my back. Plus, for heat, I use an infrared heating pad with jade stones on my back. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase. Everything worked right out of the box.

Title: It's working for me
Review: The device is sturdy and fits the purpose. It has different vibration sets, it's very simple to use, and it activates my legs' circulation when I seat down for longs periods of time while working. The most comfortable feature is the remote, which can be used either with your feet or your hands.I don't give it 5 stars because it is noisy.Good product overall.

Title: Must have product for people who work sitting down
Review: This product isn’t only for the older generation. I’m 30 years old and I sit at a table over 8-10 hours a day studying in medical school. I’ve been very concerned about varicose veins and a sure way to help prevent them or slow the process down is boosting circulation. This product shouldn’t replace exercise or activity but is a great tool to help through those long hours you’re just sitting there. Very easy to use, lightweight, and portable.

Review: I had one that had raised areas to better massage target points. This has raised, rounded spikes that do feel good. This works great, just wish it had a raised area to get toes or arches better. I like the remote a lot. I would recommend for sure.

Review: The box came with the device, remote, and power adapter. No instruction or warrantee information which seems odd. The box had been opened before so it might have been returned. Seems new otherwise. One star off for that.I wish the three settings were all a bit faster / stronger. Likely I'll only ever use the high setting. I would take a star off but for under $100 I'm okay with it as the fast setting seems to work for me. Cheaper device has cheaper motor so is fine.The dust cover is needed or wearing socks as the pad is just hard plastic with hard plastic bumps. Glad it was included. For under $100 that's fine versus having a nicer but more expensive rubberized pad.The heat works better than expected given the reviews. It does take minutes for it to heat up and I found your feet really need to be in the center to feel it. It does work well for the last maybe 5 minutes of a 15 minute session. I'll use that on colder days.It doesn't just stay on. It turns off after 15 minutes. Not sure why. It's fine, I just find it odd.

Review: I have huge regret not buying this sooner. If you read the description properly, it’s exactly as described: vibration massager. That’s what it does, it’s vibrates and feels amazing. I use it every night before bed and my legs cramp so much less. They are nice and relaxed. The heating feature works well, and while I prefer the first mode, it’s cool that it have other modes as well. The remote control is perfect so you don’t have to bend down and comes with the batteries already installed. Cord length is long so you can use it almost anywhere. If you have tight achy legs, I highly recommend.
