Title: Good football
Review: I love football. I had rotator cuff surgery and I've used the football as my physical therapy. After surgery I would not have been able to grip it. After easier PT therapy, I slowly started gripping the football and do just a slow motion. My shoulder would crack and it felt good. I had to be very careful. After a couple of years have passed, I'm throwing the football like I did when I was young and I'm almost 61. LOL I've been able to measure my progress with distance and accuracy, be careful not to throw to hard. It's a pretty rough surgery.

Review: Great bang for the buck but I condition my footballs, I scrape them for like 2 days to get slickness off. 2 throwing sessions of about 225 balls into a net, it's nice now. It's an NFL size ball so you have to big hands or good grip strength to rip it. Little slick over 85 degrees but you can adjust your throwing motion to accommodate
