Title: Best foam roller out there
Review: Bought this because I'm becoming obsessed with recovery from triathlon related training. This basically hits all the same parts a normal foam roller would hit in half the time. I'm still messing around with it and have found a lot of uses that you wouldn't be able to do on a normal foam roller.

Title: Amazing Back Stretcher
Review: This is the best back stretcher I have ever used. Most stretchers just get the lower back muscles , this machine does upper back ,shoulder and lower back at the same time. It balances your body weight so you can control where you want relief by rolling up or down to target specific muscle groups. What a great product.

Title: I LOVE it, wife disagrees.
Review: I had high hopes for this product, and it mainly delivered. It does take a fair amount of balance and core strength to get the most out of this unit. My wife says it's just painful and not enjoyable to use. I disagree, and have come to depend upon the Back Baller. I've always had tightness between my shoulder blades, and this does a tremendous job of cracking my back, in a place I've only had relieved at the chiropractor. I take both hands and give myself a bear hug, pulling my upper back open, slowly roll from neck to tailbone and bam, 10-30 cracks which loosen me up in seconds. I've also used it on thighs and calves and that works well too. I'll use this for years to come, and glad I found it. Price is about at the top end of what I'd expect to pay, though.

Title: Itâs not quite there yet.
Review: The rollers are a bit too hard and I feel the whole peice should be larger, itâs too low to the ground. A fun thing would to be able to attach it to the wall and do this standing but in the ground with gravity this is very painful and I canât make myself do it more than once. I am returning. Itâs not what I expected.

Title: Love this product
Review: Love this product. So much better than conventional foam roller. Especially for back or hard to roll areas like calf and shin.

Review: I must admit that when I first took it out of the box, I wondered if I was getting value for money. I bought it having seen it on Dragons Den, and was further persuaded following a flare up of upper back pain. I don't get it very often, but it's miserable when it happens. I get more lower back pain in general, I had surgery on prolapsed discs some years back. This roller effective, and manages my condition well. I credit it with keeping me able to exercise and almost pain free. I use it two to three times a day for just a few minutes. When you compare the cost with paid visits to a physio (given that it's effective) the price is worth every penny. I would only suggest that a video instruction on a Web site or You Tube would be very helpful. Using it is not that comfortable, but I have got used to it and find the less outer clothing written the less uncomfortable it is. I highly recommend it, but take medical advice if you're unsure about adverse effects.

Review: I am a fairly active 64 year old, but I have suffered from pain and discomfort in my lower back, which is largely due to disc problems. To relieve the problems I have undertaken various exercises and stretches.I saw the BackBaller on Dragons Den and could see the potential for my problems. I conducted some research and decided to take the plunge and buy one. I am so glad that I did.Firstly the unit is really robust and well constructed, but more importantly having followed the two minute back rolling regime a couple of times a day for just over a week, I have already noticed a massive improvement in my flexibility and a reduction in my pain and discomfort. I bought this solely for my back problems and I haven't used it for any other area, but I can see how it could help other muscle problems. It is still early days yet, but this is looking like £64 well spent. A massive thank you to inventor Noel Marshall.

Review: I've had back problems for a long time and use yoga to combat this. The back baller is not bad, but it is nothing compared to yoga. Nonetheless, it does do a lot of good for my back, but it doesn't get rid of the pain for a longer time like yoga does.

Review: Iâve been meaning to get one of these for a while as I spend all day working on a computer, and lockdown seemed as good a time as any. The first time I tried to roll my lower back, I lasted 20 seconds. It was just so painful I had to stop. But once Iâd stopped, it felt wonderful, like after a really good massage. I persevered and it was still painful, and I even got the bruises another customer described. But today, after 3 weeks gradual improvement, I managed to roll for the whole two minutes recommended, and it felt so good. It wasnât entirely pain free, but it was that enjoyable sort of pain, again like a massage that really gets into tightness and knots in the muscle. Iâd recommend anyone to get one, persevere using it and youâll feel the benefit.
