Title: Great deal! Works like a charm
Review: Very happy with my purchase! I ordered the 10 users version with a Key Card shipped to me. It took a couples of days but I like having the physical key card with the key printed on it. It was VERY easy to download and install. And contrary to what others say, you DO NOT have to give them your credit card. Just don't click the "auto-renewal" option after you install it. instead click "I'll do it later" and it moves on to the next screen. they will definitely tell you when it expires because they want you to buy another year subscription from them online for a much higher monthly fee. but instead just go back to Amaozn and buy another 1 years license and use the new key to reinstall it. that is WAY cheaper than getting a annual subscription from McAfee. Also, My internet company wanted $18 per month for anti-virus on 10 devices with a bunch of other junk I didn't want. I bought this one year subscription for 10 users for $34.99 on Amazon. Every year I will just buy another key card from Amazon and save a ton of money.

Title: Satisfied
Review: Installation is always a pain but the price is fair. I haven't used tech support yet so...I haven't had a virus in previous years.

Title: Good Protection
Review: I liked the protection, but it was difficult to cancel after the 1st year. They kept sending requests to renew, although I had purchased another product.

Title: Replacing McAfee "LiveSafe" with "Total Protection"
Review: The cost of renewal for McAfee LiveSafe was almost double that of last year. After comparing LiveSafe with Total Protection (nearly identical) I purchased McAfee Total Protection for 3 devices. I was somewhat paranoid at first, as I had read a couple horror stories about people trying to do that and running into trouble. The McAfee website assured me that all I had to do was uninstall LiveSafe first using Windows 10 control panel / Add or Remove Programs. I am here to reassure you that this worked flawlessly on two different computers of mine. After uninstalling LiveSafe, I restarted the computer. Then I used the Total Protection subscription card that I ordered on Amazon for $19.99. Went to the McAfee activate website, as per the instructions on the card. Entered my product key. Downloaded the software and it installed successfully. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. I have been a happy McAfee customer for about 3 years now. The program behaves itself; it is not intrusive; it does not adversely impact the performance of the computer. I hope this helps, and I hope McAfee sends me some money. 🙂

Title: Would not even install and yes I did everything..
Review: UPDATE: I practically uninstalled everything on my PC and gave it another try and it finally installed. Then after installation I hit the "Full Scan" button and immediately I got a BLUE SCREEN/Stop Error. Then it looped into Blue Screens and would not even let me go into safe mode. I was finally able to dismantle some hardware and change bios settings to get back on. Immediately uninstalled and paid 30 bucks to Norton and everything is running smoothly now. I also have Webroot which is also a excellent choice. I am not even going to bother with a refund on this one. I really tried and had expected a lot better from Mcafee. Very very very painful and disappointing experience.PS: If you use Citrix and Bradford tools for work and other similar programs used in Hospitals and other companies, do not bother with this at all. It would not install until I uninstalled those just to see if they are the issue. Maybe some incompatibility issues here with essential tools.Let me start by saying, I have build several stable Desktop PCs and servers myself. I can make and retain RAID configurations etc. I am just trying to say that I am your above average skilled person in installing a simple program if nothing else.I have used Mcafee in the past for several years and then had moved to Norton. It was time to renew my Norton but it was not on sale so I decided to try Mcafee again. Boy was I wrong!I would comment on the product if it would just install. It took me over 30 minutes just to figure out from where to download the .exe file to start installation.I mean that is the most basic thing which should be clearly mentioned on the physical card I bought. The card says go to "Mcafee dot com / activate....and guess what?? This link takes you to their buy page where they ask you to buy it when you already have the code. So misleading. Anyways, then I contacted support. The agent instead of just telling me from where to download the file, asked me for my product key over the chat. Which I found to be very risky demand from a company who wants to provide security. I look at legal product keys as credit card numbers and should not be shared over the open internet even if the chat is claimed to be secure.Nevertheless, as I was chatting with the agent and complied with the demands, I was luckily able to find the download link. Then the real issue began, the program would start (even ran as administrator etc.) and then after 20 mins it would tell me the installation failed please contact support. I repeated this process over 4-5 times before giving up on this trash. I removed any programs that I could think that would be causing the issue. No luck.I am thinking now that they will make some lame excuse if I contact support and ask for more money as one of the reviewer mentioned so I am not even going to try and let this 20 bucks in the trash. So much for trying to save money.Maybe the program has improved so much over the years that it simply refuses to install on a machine where it sees a threat????Or no threat at all???Well at-least let me know what the threat is so I can have a look at it.Maybe it is good but I will never know as it did not install.I will try to look for Norton, Avast or something now. Time wasted. Not recommended as of now and very disappointed.PS: Just after posting this review, I thought I would give another try to be fair to it. Guess what? Installation failed stating Mcafee Analytics SDK failed to install.

Title: They dont tell you... They rely on Windows Up-dates
Review: They don't tell you... That they rely on Windows protection Up-dates.The McAfee agent I spoke to said that you HAVE TO have Windows protection Updated for this software protection to be Reliable. It has me thinking that Windows may be doing the brunt of the work.... Who Knows!I installed McAfee on a Windows 8 computer and a Windows 10 computer. Since Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 8, McAfee is not working correctly on my computer. The agent at McAfee said that I must upgrade my windows 8 computer to windows 10 for the McAfee protection to work correctly. tHE QUESTION NOW IS: who is protecting my Computers?

Review: Es muy fácil. Lo que llega es una tarjeta con un código para raspar. Se registra el código en la página de McAfee y en automático la versión que tengo instalada se renueva otro año. Lo recomiendo. Es una herramienta que he utilizado por años.
