Title: Compact nugget of good information
Review: This little book packs a lot of value into a few pages. What I like best about this book is it cuts out the fluff. It is brief and to the point on it's coverage of general nutrition and bodyweight training aspects. Most importantly, it contains a variety of workouts ranging from; full body circuits, back care, balance and abdominal routines. Selections are short, sweet and well organized.Highlights:- Two, 22 minute full body, bodyweight circuits (great for those days when you want to focus on active recovery and give your body a rest from your regular heavy lifting)- One, 15 minute high intensity workout (Good for when you are crunched on time)- A Valuable 7 minute "save your back routine" (Doing this will relieve the pain in your back, after a day of sitting at your desk.)- Good verity of well illustrated stretches- Solid, basic selection of well illustrated bodyweight exercisesThe total content of this book is under a 100 pages, but it manages to provide great photos and a good verity of workouts. This book is a great little handbook for those who are looking to venture down the path of bodyweight exercises. Another plus is this book is small enough to take with you as a reminder to squeeze in a workout.

Title: concise guide to creating anytime workouts
Review: After checking the book out from the library two times, instead of checking it out again I just bought it. It's a quick read, but gives a variety of useful tips as to how to create workouts that you can do anywhere anytime. If you don't have time to go to the gym, or access to a gym use this book to help you understand how to workout in your livingroom, bedroom, or wherever whenever you have 5, ,15, 60, whatever minutes. If you already have an understanding of your body, muscle groups, and how to workout without weights this book is not for you. If you are unsure where to start, want a go to weight free workout, or want to know how to create new weight free work outs and spice up your routine, this book is a great guide.

Title: Doesn't Work In The Mojave Desert
Review: Despite the incredibly misleading title of this book, it doesn't actually tell you how to get weights for free, without paying for them. I had to read the book sixteen times before I realized this, This book is actually for anyone who doesn't have weights or can't afford to buy weights or who doesn't think they can use weights on religious grounds. I didn't think I could use weights on religious grounds, but then I asked the local pastor if I could work out on the lawn outside the church and he said he was fine with it, as long as I didn't scare the nuns. So then I started to use weights on religious grounds all the time. But after a while they were too heavy to carry there and back, so I bought this book instead. You will still need some equipment to use this book. Firstly, you'll need a body â preferably your own â to work out with, and then some other things like chairs and tables and stuff. So, if you were thinking of buying this to work out in the middle of the Mojave Desert or underwater in the local aquarium then this isn't the book for you. No, in that case you'd have to buy the sequel to this publication. 'Weight Free Workout in The Middle of the Mojave Desert or Underwater at Your Local Aquarium', which is due to go on sale at all good deserts and aquariums in spring of next year. Trust me it will be worth the wait... or should that be that be worth the weight? No it shouldn't, because you don't need weights with this book. Are you listening or what?Anyway, buy this book and in no time at all you'll have the body of someone who's too cheap to pay for a gym membership. If you're a man trying to improve your physique in order to attract women then this will definitely work because everybody knows that women love flabby men who don't like to spend money.Buy this book. You won't be disappointed, though your next date may be.

Title: Short, sweet
Review: The first thing to note is this is ALMOST a pamphlet sized book. I know I was surprised by its size when I pulled it out of the box. That aside this book is everything advertised. It covers stretches and weight-free workouts with enough pictures to satisfy. One of my favorite parts of this book is its brevity. The information is concise with very little extra words.I Love this.

Title: Concise, good travel exercise guide
Review: Book is concise, easy to pack along on a trip. Organization is a little quirky, but there are a few good weight-free workouts, and lots of individual exercises you can mix and match. Nice reference for working out on the road without facilities. Definitely work the price.

Title: Clear, concise, great color photos
Review: This is a great little book, under a 100 pages but full of clearly presented exercises accompanied by great photos. I don't care for the diet advice, but as far as bodyweight workouts go, this book is small enough to go anywhere with you and easy to follow. For more in-depth information on some of the exercises, the US Army's Physical Readiness Training Circular 3-22.20 covers much of the same material as a free download.
