Title: One of the best books I have read, Fredia McFadden is my favorite author
Review: The main character in the story is the one I mostly identified with. Abby desperately wants a child but is unable to conceive. For seven years my husband and I suffered from infertility. In 2023 we underwent IVF treatment and our daughter was conceived. I know what it’s like to want a child more than anything in the world. Just like Abby sometimes when you want something so bad you do just about anything to get it. I actually cried at the end of reading this book. I was so happy for Abby.

Title: It was ok
Review: Reminded me of a Lifetime movie plot kind of cheesy and unrealistic, but entertaining. Slow beginning but lots of twists and turns at the end. Kept me engaged. The writing could be better, but overall an entertaining read for what it was.

Title: Get the popcorn ready!
Review: "The Surrogate Mother" by Freida McFadden follows Abby on her quest to become a mother. When Abby is approached by her assistant, Monica, with an offer to carry her baby as a surrogate, she decides to accept the offer. Everything seems to check out as Abby digs into Monica's personal and health history. But what if things are truly not as they seem?Bring out a bag of popcorn because you're going to need it! I devoured this novel in less than 24 hours; it was that good! It's twisty and unputdownable. I had to keep reading it because I just needed to know the outcome of the story. It was twisty and would keep you on your toes, trying to figure out what was going to happen. I can't tell you exactly why I was so invested in this story, but I was. Maybe it was all the drama and juicy gossip, or maybe it was because I'm a mom who experienced brief fertility problems at one point. I felt for Abby, truly. All she wanted was a baby of her own.I highly recommend this to Freida McFadden fans and anyone who loves a good, fast-paced popcorn novel. Just be warned: before you decide to use a surrogate to carry your child, you should always go through proper and legal procedures. Anything can happen, right?

Title: unexpected twists
Review: Another great read by Freida! Read in one day, it was that good. There’s the obvious plot given the title, but the rest makes up for it.

Title: Good book, not as good as the others
Review: This book was good but I wouldnt put it up there with the housmaids or the boyfriend book. The "twist" was kind of predictable to me. Still a good read.
