Title: Not “like new” as stated
Review: I purchased two pedestals that were listed as Used like new and discounted only about $30 each. They arrived in the original box so I expected the like new product; however, one box was beat up. After opening the box, the trim on the drawer was sticking out and the side of the pedestal was badly dented outwards. We managed to snap the trim back in and decided to use it since there were no more available, but now due to the dented pedestal the washer shakes badly. As most know, moving a washer and dryer is not an easy task, but we will be swapping them so that hopefully the washer will be more stable on the other pedestal. This was my first time purchasing a used “like new” product and only did it because the new ones were sold out. I recommend caution when purchasing used.

Title: Product is bueatiful and useful, but ours arrives damaged
Review: The pedestal was delivered damaged to the degree that a washer/dryer would not fit on the pedestal, and the pedestal's structural integrity questionable. Please the attached photo. Returning the product was my only reasonable option.I'll note that I ordered this pedestal for the washer a month or so ago. That pedestal had a small dent in its side but is otherwise intact.I don't know where in the shipping process the product is being damaged. However, certain items reach our home with some sort of damage.

Title: Metal crinkles like an accordion. Very cheap
Review: When my son and I put the washer on the bin, it crumpled like aluminum foil. Luckily we only put about 25% of the eight on it or it would have buckled. Corners are sturdy, but all of the other metal is very flimsy. Will never buy Samsung again. Wife bought the Samsung washer. I am not a fan of that either. Very cheaply made for $280.

Title: Easily damaged in packaging
Review: Two arrived damaged and was unusable. 1st replaced. Second would only be refunded although it was damaged and the box looked good on the outside.even though more were available in stock. Why, who knows. Anyway... easily damaged in manufacturer packaging. Expect it to arrive damaged.

Title: Damaged product / refund process
Review: Product is as expected. One of the pedestals was received damaged. We returned the damaged pedestals and ordered a new one. We have received and installed the new one, the damaged product has been returned and received. For some reason I have to wait 15 days for a refund on a damaged product. The refund process is ridiculous.

Review: The pedestals themselves are great. Got a new one purchased from Samsung directly and it works as expected - spacious, stable, and smooth drawers.But if you're buying used on here, there is some risk. I got a used pedestal from Amazon to save a couple bucks and it was significantly damaged. Box had holes in it, dents all over the item, and the left-side drawer rack was busted. Had to return. The risk of a damaged item like this isn't worth the hassle of saving 30-40 bucks. Just buy it new.
