Review: Very nice pan. Nonstick coating works very well, however you will get a smoky Burn-off on 1st use. Suggest you pre heat oven to 450F ( non stick doesn’t like any higher temps ) wash and dry the pan and stick in the oven to burn off. Better open a window, too.Pan has cooked both homemade and prepared pizzas just perfect. Vent holes facilitate even cooking and browning. Cleaning is a breeze. Everything wipes off effortlessly.Fits in my 10 year old GE slide in double oven with an inch of clearance between pan and oven door. Measure inside your oven first. Well made of thick steel that doesn’t flex. Not heavy at all. Smooth finish works really well.

Title: Perfect crust
Review: I didn't know what to expect but I was tired of the mess that reheating a from scratch pizza or one purchased from our favorite local pizzeria often made when we did so on the rack alone, and equally unhappy with the texture of the pizza when we put it on parchment paper, aluminum foil or an unperforated pan. So, thanks to the good reviews, I gave this a try. Wow! I wasn't expecting crust that had the crispness but also the flexible chewiness and flavor of a pie just out of an actual pizza oven. Especially since this was half a leftover pizzeria pizza purchased two nights before. It was everything we wanted -- no mess in the oven, easy clean up, and an unexpected improvement in flavor. The only thing I would mention that might be a problem for some ovens -- this thing is really large. It fit in my built in oven with absolute NO space to spare. For a moment I worried that I might not be able to close the door.

Title: Works Like a Charm
Review: I bought this months ago but just got around to using it today.I am impressed. My pizza was cooked at 500 degrees (I won’t do that again - I’ll explain below) for around ten minutes and it came out nearly perfect. The crust was SO close in texture and color to a pie from your favorite pizza shop - even had the black dusty singe on the bottom!This pan truly is non stick: be careful taking the pan/pizza out of the oven! Don’t rush or jerk the pan off the oven rack or the pizza will start sliding right off!As other reviewers wisely pointed out do NOT cut the pizza while it’s on the pan: you will damage the non stick coating. Instead, slide the pizza easily off the pan onto a pizza peel or good sized cutting board and cut it there.Now for a word about heat. While the manufacturer doesn’t list the maximum heat this pan can withstand, I would not recommend cooking above 450 degrees Fahrenheit as I suspect the non stick coating will start breaking down in short order. I was able to find a similar non stick pizza pan on Amazon that did indeed mention the maximum cooking temp and the manufacturer says to not exceed 450 degrees. No biggie. Just cook your pie at 450 and experiment with cooking time. This pan is very efficient and distributes heat evenly: you may not need as much time as you think.Overall I’m extremely pleased with this pan and it’s a great value. I was totally how shocked how good my first attempt came out on this pan. I’ve used other bare bones basic pans in the past and could never get the crust to come out as crispy as I did with this pan. Highly recommended. Just don’t cook your pizza above 450 degrees!

Review: El artículo llegó en una caja enorme. Pero dentro solo venía envuelto en película plástica sin otra protección. Llegó ligeramente doblado de una orilla, pero nada que cambie su función. Está perfecto, la pizza queda bien cocida y todo muy rico. Ojo que si llega a escurrir hacia abajo por los hoyitos. Recomendable poner papel aluminio u otra cosa para proteger el fondo del horno.

Review: El producto llegó en buen estado y se ve que es de calidad, el problema es que las medidas que se mencionan del producto son del tamaño de la pizza que cabe y no de la charola, el producto mide exactamente 42 cm o 16.53 In de diámetro, como en la descripción se menciona que son 40 cm de diámetro, pues no cupo en mi horno y lo tuve que regresar. Les dejo foto de las medidas para que les sirva a futuros compradores.
