Review: What I love about this book is the organization of the recipes according to healthcare needs as well as an excellent index. The recipes we've tried (about 20 so far) are really delicious. Title: Great information / adjust recipes to simplify
Review: I really enjoy the health information in the book itâs very simple and easy to understand and each section provides recipes based on health needs (ex: brain health, gut health, detox etc) my ONLY recommendation is to reduce ingredients in each recipes itâs very time consuming to chop and even buy all items for each recipe , maybe next book update reduce ingredients to 3 or 4 ingredients per recipes. Thanks for putting this book out there for all of us, itâs important we take our healthcare seriously and in our own hands ð

Review: Love, love, love this book! Itâs simple and straightforward. There no long explanation of juicing or why you should juice...the book just gets down to business offering recipes. Hundreds of easy recipes with 3-6 ingredients per recipe for most, and the index makes it very convenientâI look at what I need to use, maybe I want to use Swiss Chard or Dandelion greens, and in the index under each ingredient thereâs the whole list of which recipes on which pages will apply. Iâve used the recipes as a guideline and often subbed in other items (maybe sub a zucchini for a cucumber if I need to, or a pear for an apple). The layout of the book is a bonusâdifferent sections for Brain Health, Detox, or Heart Health, etc. I could make a new recipe from this book every day and never have the same juice more than once all year. Great investment for myself in learning how to juice what veggies/fruits with what other produce/herbs and flavor combinations. Bravo!
