Title: Great non-stick coating!
Review: I needed to replace an old pan with the larger of these two pans. I have been using both of these several times a week in the month since I bought them. Things don't stick, yet I can "brown" the bottom of food like potstickers while having them slide right out of the pan (I generally use a light drizzle of olive oil or a spritz of cooking spray when doing this). I have found that, since they are a little heavier than my old ones, I need to have the initial heat set a notch higher. I am happy with the ceramic coating on these pans rather than the mystery one I have been using for many years. Cleaning is a breeze, I often wipe the pan out with a piece of paper towel and just give it a light wash. Two thumbs up!

Review: I used medium heat. No oil or butter. And the scrambled eggs slid righty off. An omelet would have been just as easy. Good weight to the pan. Hopefully the pan wiil continue performing as well as day one.

Review: I'm replacing my pots and pans with better quality items. The Calphalon Premier Ceramic Nonstick 8" and 10" Frying Pan Set are definitely better quality than my current pans. They are heavy hard-anodized aluminum. The non-stick surface is fabulous--nothing sticks. It says they are safe to use with metal utensils, but I'll stick to wood, silicone of nylon because I'd like to preserve the coating. I'm disappointed they don't come with lids, however.
