Review: First impressions of this were good, the box instantly got my daughters attention and she immediately asked if we could play it.Setting up the game was easy enough, with simple instructions that my 5 year old was able to follow with a bit of help. The aim of the game is to trap the bug by turning forks, knives, and spoons to create pathways. We played as a family with three players, and it was fun without feeling overly competitive. My daughter loved trying to predict where the bug would go next and was in fits of giggles at some point every time we played it.Overall, I thought this was an enjoyable game that offers a good balance of luck and strategy. I’d happily recommend it!

Review: I like that this game is very innovative, I have never played a game like this before. It also seems well made and good quality. There is a little bug which runs around the maze and you have to direct it to your trap. This involves and element of strategy in planning the route and an element of luck because you have to roll the dice to determine which bit of the maze you can move.It fun to play and fairly easy to understand. Probably best for kids aged six plus, although my four year old gave it a good go.

Review: A simple but very fun game this and we had a blast when my nieces were over visiting.Basically you have the "bug" which simply runs forward and pushes it's way through the maze moving like a little bug would and the walls are made up of different cutlery, you take turns to roll the dice which tells you which type of wall you can rotate from fork, knife and spoon, or the wildcard where you can choose any you like and the goal is to force the bug into your own trap, which at times is harder than it looks as it's a proper wee maze appearing as you play. Can be played 2-4 players where you wall off traps not in play and it's quite a frantic fast paced game, really good fun with more players and happy to recommend it.

Review: This Bugs In The Kitchen game is really fun, and well made. The board requires a little time to set up for the first time to get the board assembled, but on subsequent playthroughs, it is ready to go right away. The games uses Hex Bots, which are a brand of bug toys that run around by vibrating. The game comes with a small Hex Bot Nano, which basically runs around the board at random, and the players need to modify the board by twisting the wall panels on their turn to encourage (or discourage depending on the game mode played) the bug to fall into their trap. The game is great fun, and all my kids have been enjoying playing it with me.
