But, look carefully at your opponent's plans: perhaps they are wanting the same builds you are. In the end, the one who has more victory rings will be declared the winner and the builder of the biggest city of the Antiquity!
In World Wonders you will take on the role of the great leaders of the past to build your own Ancient City.
Use your gold each round to purchase buildings, roads, towers, and even monuments!
Place polyomino tiles on your city board to reach natural resources and grow your population.
Position buildings, roads and towers to allow you to add gorgeous wooden Wonders to your city!
In the end, the player with the best city of the ancient world will be the winner of World Wonders!

Title: Fun game that kept experienced gamers intrigued!
Review: Our group of gamer friends really enjoyed this one! First of all, the pieces are of high quality and learning about the various world wonders is a bonus! The game is not difficult to learn and having various ways to earn points and changing up turn order keeps things interesting. I'm excited to see that there is an expansion pack available that has even more cute monuments.

Title: A Wonder Indeed
Review: Each player in our Chicago group has decades of experience in board gaming. For several years now, new games have come to the table and they have been met with shrugs, or in the case of Space Base we have fanatics for it and people who refuse to play it. We played a five-player game of World Wonders this weekend, and everyone wanted to play it again. I haven't seen that kind of reception in a long time. It is not a short game (it speeds up considerably as players get the hang of it) but they wanted another go. World Wonders is a game about acquiring road and building shapes before others claim them and fitting the pieces together efficiently. It is the best city building game I have ever seen. It flows beautifully, and it is also beautiful to look at.
