Title: Hand crank winch
Review: This pulley system is awful. The hand crank winch is the worst that I ever dealt with. I will be returning this winch system and getting something else that is faster and better for what I will be lifting up. I was only going to put a pull over ice shanti on it to get out of my way in the garage. I don’t recommend this product to anyone.

Title: Corroded Parts
Review: This item showed up with parts exhibiting significant amounts of corrosion. For a product that is going to be advertised as weight bearing and is going to be used to hold 300lb objects in the air, this is a serious safety concern. I will not be able to use this item with any confidence. All other parts arrived within standard acceptable condition. Unfortunately this one part makes the whole system unacceptable.

Title: easy build
Review: It looks like a well built unit. I am using bigger and more heavy duty screws than what came with the unit just to make it that much more safe. I will be building a lightweight platform to hang from the unit, that way I can lay my JEEP doors on top. After that I will back my JEEP under it and attach my roof so that I can lift it up to the ceiling for storage.FYI- I found it more cost effective to purchase it here rather than locate and purchase all the parts separately.
