Title: Sturdy and appealing, easy to set up then (un)wind
Review: Very lightweight but sturdy item. Installation was easy. Then reeling in the hose was a breeze. 4y old can easily (un)wind the hefty hose without fuss. The hose it comes with to attach to spout is short, if you want to move the stand around, need to use your own lengthier one. So far, withstanding couple of weeks of heat wave and rain battering without any concerns.

Title: Seems Quite Sturdy
Review: I've only had the 200' hose reel for about a week so this is just my initial observation. Assembly was easy, all parts were included, and it seems quite sturdy. It does seem it bit low but I think that if it was higher then the center of gravity would rise and it would be more likely to tip over. Also as for maneuverability, it can be moved as needed but not so easily that it drags the reel around when unwinding the hose. A 100' 5/8" hose full of water is heavy! Winding the hose back on the reel seems to need a foot on the base, one hand guiding the hose back on the reel, and of course one hand to turn the crank. The wheels have a rubber tread rather than a hard plastic as some reviews indicated. Overall it does the job very well and I can stop swearing at the pile of tangled hose in my yard. I also had trouble registering due to a website issue but a quick email to customer service solved the problem within 24 hours. Another plus! Time will tell if it last 7 years. Title: Sturdy cart
Review: This is a well made - sturdy cart. I would have given 5 stars but the top of it is too short which makes it awkward to move around. The top handle part needs to be higher (you have to bend over to push /pull it).

Title: Liked the first one so much we bought a second unit
Review: Nice looking. Easy to assemble. Note: handle is held on with a left-hand threaded bolt. Quality brass fittings. Rolls easily. And it does not tip over (like many do) when pulling out additional hose. 7 year warranty is a plus.

Title: So sturdy and easy to use.
Review: This hose reel is amazing. It is extremely sturdy and I can wind up the hose with one arm while holding my baby. It makes watering the garden a much easier task. It’s a bit pricey but worth it in my opinion!

Title: Engineered well, easy to assemble
Review: The engineering and construction of parts be it plastic molded or brass or aluminum is just great. From the capture of the locking nut in the molded plastic pieces to the excellent brass used in the construction.Self assembling always lets me know I need more tools than the supplied hex wrench. Not so. The blister pack with pieces can easily be taken apart by hand and all can be assembled with the hex wrench supplied, UNTIL I got to the handle.I tried taking the locking nut off the handle and could have done it without additional tools had I known it was reverse threaded. Oh well, i tightened the nut by hand until I needed a wrench to take it off. Overall this is an excellent product. I wouldn't hesitate recommending to anyone.

Title: Much better than the plastic versions
Review: After getting tired of those cheaply made plastic hose dollies sold at HD and LOs, that rarely lasted a season, I’m very pleased with this sturdy hose dolly system. All brass fittings, with heavy duty wheels and handles, I know this system will last for years. Gorilla’s easy to follow instructions made putting this together simple and fast.
