Title: No more vampires
Review: This tool feels like a luxury item in my kitchen. It throws dirt on all the previous garlic tools I have used in my life. There is no comparison, from how sturdy it feels, to how easy it is to use. Works like magic, no need to peel your garlic cloves which cuts down on time, and you can mince multiple cloves at a time which saves on more time. Scraping and clean up is amazingly easy and with just a rinse the tool is ready to rest in your drawer till next time you need additional vampire protection. If I could I would give it 6 stars.

Title: Garlic press needs enhancement
Review: I like this garlic press, the heaviness lends to the durability of it. I like that’s its dishwasher safe without the dulling and pitting of other types I have tried. The 2 part design does not bother me. It does work on non-peeled cloves which I like, and yes you have to clear the peel after every clove but that doesn’t take near as long as peeling by hand. It takes strength to press a clove with the peeling on, more so than peeled cloves. It washes quickly except for the holes. I like low maintenance tools but this part is tedious to clean the garlic out of the holes. I’m surprised the manufacturer doesn’t include a plastic piece fitting the holes to easily poke the garlic out of the holes. I use a rather large nail to poke it out but that is time consuming since I can only do 1 at a time. This is the only drawback I find with this garlic press.

Title: Best garlic press
Review: This is THE BEST garlic press I have tried and I've tried quite a few from amazon's catalog and other brands. I was hesitant to purchase this one since it was a bit more expensive than other options but I'm so glad I did! Other models I've tried have been around $15 and just couldn't stand up to even minimal use. The first I bought literally broke in less than a year (the handles bent in from pressing garlic) and another I purchased bent from some thicker cloves and no longer pressed the full garlic clove resulting in a lot of waste. This one is so well built and the unique design makes it the best one I've tried so far. Fits more garlic/larger cloves than other options, fully presses out all the garlic from unpeeled cloves (the best to not have to peel the garlic) and the design makes it so easy to remove the leftover skin and scrape all the garlic bits into your dish without touching the mince or requiring an additional tool. I can't say enough good things about this and I highly recommend this one! Definitely worth the price and a great product. I imagine this will last me a lifetime and I am planning to purchase for friends and family as well

Title: This is amazing!
Review: I eat a few crushed garlic cloves a day and I’d already broken two garlic presses before I found this one. It’s very sturdy, well build and with only two pieces that come apart it’s easy to clean. It makes light work of even large cloves and being able to use the back of the handle to scrape the pressed garlic off the grating is genius. I love this. It’s worth every cent.

If you are genuinely interested in this product, please take the time to read this and indicate if you felt it was helpful.MY STORY:As a home chef and baker, I love spending time in the kitchen, which is the heart of my home. Therefore, I always look for tools, gadgets, and items to make my job easy and convenient. Since I also grow my garlic, a good, reliable garlic press is not just good to have; it is a necessity. When I came across this item, I knew I had to have it.Despite conducting this Review in a limited timeframe, my evaluation is from my experience using this product and detailing any positive or negative aspects unbiasedly.This product was first made available on Amazon Canada in May of 2022. I had requested this product in early November of 2023. This garlic press was designed with practicality and constant usage in mind, and its simplicity is outstanding. This is a lifetime investment. There are no moving or removable parts like buttons, hinges or screens. There is nothing even to break. There are just three hefty pieces of solid, moulded stainless steel.WHAT YOU GET:All the items are well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box for shipping. The total weight of the three stainless steel parts, without the packaging, is 384 g (13 5/8 oz). The top handle weighs in at 137 g (4 ¾ oz.), while the fine mince arm is 125 g ( 4 3/8 oz.), and the course mince arm is 123 g (4 ¼ oz.). All three pieces have ergonomically curved handles. The top handle is 19.7 cm (7 ¾ in.) long, 1.9 cm (¾ in.) wide and 4.3 cm (1 5/8 in.) high. Both the fine and coarse mince arms are 17.8 cm (7 in.) long, 3 cm (1 1/8 in.) wide and 3.2 cm (1 ¼ in.) high. This product has an unconditional 5-year warranty, apparently the only garlic mincer tool to do so.When a product comes with an unconditional 5-year warranty, the manufacturer or seller guarantees that the product will be free from any defects or damages for five years from the date of purchase. No matter what the cause of the problem is, whether it's due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear, the manufacturer or seller will repair or replace the product at no extra cost to the customer. This type of warranty differs from a conditional warranty, which may have specific limitations or exclusions on the coverage.GETTING STARTED:Please take out the items from the box and carefully inspect them for any signs of damage. Notice how robust and heavy the pieces are. The top handle is interchangeable between both the fine and coarse arms. I would recommend washing the items before use. This product is also dishwasher safe.The manufacturer states that there is no need to peel off the skin of each garlic clove for the press to work. But there are two types of skins on each clove of garlic. The first is an outer 'paper' skin. You have to remove this paper skin or it will become lodged entirely against the holes in the press, preventing any pressed clove from coming out. Then there is an inner clear, almost invisible skin. That one is very difficult to remove, so just leave it on and put it in the press. Although 100% of the garlic clove is crushed, you will then have to remove the clear skin that is flattened against the inside of the press after each use with a knife before you can use the press again.This press is easy to clean once you have finished using it. However, just running the press under the tap to clean it will not ensure all of the garlic will be removed from the holes, especially in the fine mince arm. A small brush (I use a retired toothbrush) will make sure that the device is adequately cleaned. Alternatively, put the top handle and the mince arm in the dishwasher. No worries!This product works and works very well. I recommend you spend your money up front now and never worry about rebuying another garlic press. I also recommend purchasing the combo package with fine and coarse arms if you use garlic as much as I do. You will not regret it!I am delighted with this product.
