Title: Light and easy to use - 2 batteries does my 1/4 acre (well maintained) lot with no problems
Review: I wanted to wait after a few uses. I think I've used it about 9-10 times now. So glad we got this. It is really light and makes trimming and edging seem almost fun now. Thinking back to my corded trimmer and always having to manually feed the line because the autofeed never worked right. The autofeed works on this almost flawlessly. I've only had to open the cap with the line twice. Once because I didn't autofeed in time and the line was no longer sticking out then the 2nd time was to swap it out. I just bought the 6 pack of line here on amazon because it was basically the same price.Durability and use. After reading the reviews and how hard it was to snap into place I confirmed it was, but I read some and the materials they use are very durable. I think I read it on their homepage that the plastic used was the same plastic on helmets, so I think it will last a long time. I only have about a 1/4 acre of a yard. The first use was not under easy conditions because it rained a lot and things were getting a little tall. Under normal conditions this thing flies through the jobs. Both batteries easily get me through the front and backyard and edging around the flowerbeds. Sadly we got lazy on our backyard flowerbed and now we have grass/weeds...so I just whack them down for now. I know you can't have the perfect "conditional" yard to cut every time because of rain and growth...so 2 batteries is pushed to the limit then because it does bog down in thicker conditions. Not so much that it stops, but it definitely slows down then picks back up once cut.It is light like everyone says, but I read somewhere here ( some elderly lady) where she crafted/engineered an old shoulder strap to help ease the load even more. I will tell you. I exercise and lift dumbbells 10x this weight, but hardly stopping now and moving...it does get heavy after awhile. So I have slowly been thinking how I can rig a shoulder strap. This will make it even faster. I feel my forearms after basically non-stop use of this. The Batteries seem to hold pretty good constant charge for me. I make sure they're both fully charged before I do any work. The only complaint I have, and it may only be mine...is that the charger itself is REALLY snug when snapping in. Snapping into the tool itself is very easy. I don't think my wife or kids would actually be able to unlock it from the charger as snug as it is right now. It works so well and the snug snapping on the charger is not enough to make me want to deduct a star.I plan to buy the hedger and blower next to have extra batteries and chargers. I think on one of them I'll just buy the tool itself. I think 3 batts and 2 chargers should suffice. If I find any anomalies during the summer I will surely report it here. I use amazon reviews like crazy and trust everyone's positive and negative reviews. So if I read enough...I suppose i'd jump off a bridge with yall. Even if I don't buy from Amazon (oops?) I still normally buy something they may stock and read their reviews. Sometimes I just need something right then lol. Sorry Amazon.

Title: Great for smaller jobs
Review: I lived tucked on a mountain in a cove so I don't really have a 'yard' but lots of trees and rock and vegetation that I leave wild. However, on the sides of my driveway, in my driveway that's not paved, and a couple of other places, I have to clean it up a little a few times a year in the spring and summer or it becomes a bit of a problem. This battery operated Worx trimmer does the job efficiently, easily, and quickly.I already had a 20v Worx battery so I only needed the unit. I worried the 20v wouldn't be enough, but it's plenty. This thing chewed through growth pretty impressively. Don't forget your protective eyewear--I did at first and something splatted in my eye to remind me.The battery life is decent - I finished what I needed to do before the battery went dead but if I had two batteries, I'd be able to switch them out and do a little more as there were a couple of places I missed. That written, I did have a lot to do as our spring growth has been huge this year. Keeping up with those areas going forward, the one battery will be plenty to do the job.Easy to use. Lightweight. Price is reasonable. The only thing to 'put together' is the hood thing and all you need to do is take out the little screw, push in the hood, and then screw back in the screw - it took a minute. The string spool was already in place. Likely I'd re-string it so I won't have plastic going in the landfill.I wash mine off after use as it can have a lot of chewed up vegetation stuck to it. That will extend its life. Also, don't leave the battery plugged in constantly as that will shorten battery life. Once it's charged, unplug it.I like Worx, and I really like the battery share component.

Title: Great product would buy again
Review: Let me start by saying, I am by no means a professional landscaper or even a very knowledgeable person about lawn care in general. I did use this combo to do 2 rental properties on a little over 1/2 acre lot, and it worked great.I purchased this combo and I have only used it once so far but felt like writing a review because I saw some negative reviews on here that I don't believe this product deserves.EDIT 04/18/2024Just used the equipment yesterday for the second time and already the trimmer quick feed is sticking. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it wasn't only the second time using it.. The other issue is flipping over to get more line gets old very quickly because the line is so weak.. Using the edger I have to flip and get more line every 5ft...The pros:I really do like this blower/trimmer combo, and it did a great job for 2 rental properties. Based on some reviews stating that the battery life couldn't get them through a single yard is strange to me because I trimmed, edged, and blew 2 driveways, 4 walkways, and almost an entire roughly 80ft sidewalk on both sides with less than 2 batteries. (I really think people complaining about battery life are not fully charging the batteries before the first use)The blower has 2 settings, and I found the lower setting to be good enough for the job. I'm sure the high setting would probably drain the battery, but I did not use it so I cannot speak for it.The trimmer is awesome in my opinion (other than weak string). Again, it's super lightweight, has the quick feed option on the handle, and the edger attachment is great. I don't plan on being real rough on these items, but I will say I worry about how long the edger attachment might last as it seems a little cheap. The cons:My biggest issue is that the string on the spools (including the extras I purchased) are only available in .065 thickness, so they break very easily. That being said, the quick feed option on the handle helps a lot; it just isn't great to go through line so quickly. My second, and really only other con, is that the batteries take FOREVER to charge. Again, this isn't a huge issue being that I purchased 2 extra batteries and had 4 total, so it was more than enough to get the job done.Summary:All together, I would highly recommend this combo especially at the price point. I've only used it once, and my review will change if my view of the product changes, but as of now, I have been impressed with it. For a little more reference, I attached a picture of the 2 properties I took care of. All of this was done with less than 2 batteries.

Review: The biggest drawback is the manual. The instructions are not in words, but in pictures. It took me longer to assemble and use it as I tried to orient the unit to the picture.
