Title: Fit my 7500 Watt 100296 Champion generator perfectly!
Review: This was a perfect fit for my Champion Power 7,500 watt generator. See pictures. I did need to get 4 longer bolts to mount it as the sleeves in the rubber bushings were longer on the new tank. Also, the new tank gas line fitting is an outie and the old one was an innie so I needed an adapter but no big deal. Pretty upset the original tank rusted through after only about 6 years and I always used (what was supposed to be) non-ethanol gas and fuel stabilizer. As you can see in the pictures, the old fuel tank had blistered on top and rusted a hole/crack in the bottom. So much rust in the old tank it was rattling around in there when I shook the tank! I did coat the interior of the tank with the product in the picture. Any good fuel tank coating material should work. Easy to do, just pour it in and tip the tank all around to thoroughly coat the bottom of the tank and the sides and top. Then let it dry for a day or two before filling. This SHOULD prevent the rust issue from happening again. Took about 2 hours including the trip to the hardware store for fitting and bolts. Looks good and the new tank has a gas gauge and it’s coated now so I’m calling it an upgrade.

Title: Good so far
Review: So.. the first one I got has a Bent corner so I had them replaced it. The packing was fine looks like it took damage from storage. The replacement I got is good, has Minor dent little bit of paint scuff under the tank. I can live with that. The OEM tank feels more sturdy, this tank feels like a replacement if that makes any sense. No leak so far it was totally worth it. If you get a damaged one just ask for a replacement.

Title: Comes pre dented on the top to cause you greif
Review: Piss poor storage and packaging at the Amazon warehouse causing a dent in every fuel tank they have in stock. Just keep returning them until you get one with a small enough dent you can live with. This has absolutely nothing to do with the manufacturer. Very well made and fits perfectly.
