Title: Works Great & Water Tastes Better Than My Filtered Water System
Review: Simple to setup and get running. My humidity level is in the high 30's to low 40's at this time of year and I am able to get 4 to 5.5 liters of water per day, along with the AC running in my house all day long. I have solar and battery backup so it costs nothing to run. What surprised me the most is that I have a strong preference over the water that comes out of the Solaris over my filtered or bottled water. It tastes GOOD, really GOOD. When you get the system around 5 to 6 liters of water through it to get the "filter taste" out of it. After that, it's pure heaven. I only wished that I ordered the larger A20 with 4x the capacity, but this was an experiment for me as I had never tasted water from a water generator before and thought that I'd just use it as "backup", but I use it all day long. The only issue were the dimensions given that didn't account for the display protruding so it won't fit under my kitchen cabinets. The designers and product team deserves praise, well done.

Title: Great dehumidifying abilities; great from start to finish
Review: I used this in Illinois, known for its summertime humidity. It sucked the humidity from 60-70% down to 42. Happily, my nose did not bleed, nor was static electricity evident. This really works well. I'm not so sure about this company's customer service. When I phoned them, the number did not even ring. Maybe not their fault, but I've sent about 4 emails and not a single one has been answered. Happily, private citizens had videos on Youtube which answered most of my questions. As for the water, what comes out tastes like Fiji water- which to me isnt a good thing. Fiji's high silica makes it taste "dry" to me- as does this. I'd like to know at what stage the mineral replacement takes place, so I may remove that filter if feasible and add my own. So far, I am very happy with this purchase, and pray to God that nothing needs repair due to the lack of response. I tried to order this from the company itself but would not since they use Paypal only, but at that time they told me I could buy replacement filters at Amazon, so here I am at Amazon. Good. thing I didnt check the one-star reviews here, as it appears most of them arrive broken- and even the replacements arrive broken. I had no such issue, and everything was fabulous from start to finish. If anyone form Solaris reads this: what happens if the front tank is full? And what happens if both tanks are full? And where are the minerals added?

Title: It really works!
Review: I’ve had it for a few months and have had no problems. I bought it for an emergency, I live on the island of Kauai and when the electricity goes down so does the water since it is pumped to be a good product. I have bought new filters for the future, kind of pricey, but well worth the peace of mind, knowing that I have water if I need it.

Title: I like having a way to have water in an emergency. It works well
Review: This works well producing water. I got it for a time of emergency I find it runs about all the time and my small solar generator was quickly out of power but if power was available you would have good water. I am glad I have it but I will need to get more power for emergencies. My solar panels couldn’t keep it going if I needed it for other uses during Helene last week.

Title: Intriquing technology, but not practical in a dry environment.
Review: I am excited about this technology and perhaps got a little too optimistic. Southern California is quite dry and, while I looked up the average humidity by month in my area, producing enough very much water was going to be iffy. There seemed to be enough there to produce limited amounts of water 2-3 months out of the year, but most months were on the borderline of its performance. Nonetheless, I ordered and was willing to give it a try until one article I was reading on the technology stated that the lower the humidity the more power it used to draw water from the atmosphere, thus, the higher the cost per liter of generated water. So, I decided to return it unopened. If I lived in a more humid place, I would definitely use it.

Title: Love it!
Review: Love the water! I feel like it reduces the humidity in our Florida home at the same time it is giving it back in a form I appreciate. Tastes great. I also have the larger floor unit for hot and cold water on demand. Both are working well.

Title: Not made for shippingiet operation
Review: The first machine that I ordered arrived and was defective right out of the box. I made sure it was level then after 4 hours of allowing it to sit, I powered it on and wow did it make a lot of noise! It sounded like it was ripping itself apart from inside. The display appears to have missing numeric segments and otherwise looked a bit scrambled.Amazon agreed to ship a replacement unit which arrived a few days later. I allowed the unit to sit for four hours the powered it on. The replacement runs very quiet and the display works properly too. The machine ran and ran but never produced much water. Thats when I discovered the internal fan had broken off its fan mounts! (se picture) This one went back to amazon for a refund.
