Title: Great idea
Review: I bought these in order to avoid buying 4 kids for my kids and having it become pricey.We went to Walmart and got boxed ginger bread mix, which you just have to add an egg and butter to. This was $1.97 per box and each box made one house. I love the idea of using these every year and making it a tradition.The kids can change the cutters the user got windows and get a little creative.This is a really affordable option and I'm really glad i have it a try.

Title: Just what I needed
Review: I tired of buying kits every year and thought I'd try making my own house pieces. These cutters are not heirloom quality, they won't last too many years without gentle handling and care. That said, they cut the house pieces just fine. My walls and roof were sturdy and easy to handle. I'm not sure these cutters will hold up to use by a child but as an adult, they're all I needed.

Title: Easy for my students to cut and build
Review: My middle school students used these to build their gingerbread houses from scratch instead of using precut or pre-made kits as part of their project-based learning. The stencils were easy for them to press into the gingerbread dough, which was especially helpful for my students with fine motor challenges. I loved the added circles, squares, stars, and arched doorway pieces included. The roofs fit well onto the front/back amd chimneys fit well too. We built 6 houses and these stencils sped up the process. While some of our pieces were a bit off shape, but that was due to thickness of dough and cook times. The stencils were straight out of our box and very easy to clean.

Review: I spent a lot of time trying to square up the cutter so that the house was good. It's a reasonable size for kids. Difficult to build because cutters are not square. Flimsy. Could be better designed.

Review: Hubby is looking forward to using these at Christmas. He makes gingerbread houses every year and has been drawing the patterns on paper. Then, as soon as the baked cookie comes out of the oven, he works quickly to cut it out while still hot trying not to burn his fingers!This year, no more burnt fingers and these will be clean precise cuts. So glad I found them for him.
