Review: Personally, I love the mini chocolate chips, which are the size used in these cookies. It's a size that disperses well in the entire cookie. I'm very limited these days with chocolate, I have a pretty severe reaction at times, and I like to have some occasionally. I seem to do pretty well with these cookies. I have a reaction to almost any carbohydrate, which means I don't normally eat desserts or sweets or chocolate, so I look for something I can "cheat" with. When I was diagnosed with extensive food allergies back in the early 2000's I got used to eating things that tasted like cardboard. These cookies taste decent. They aren't the tender cookies I prefer, they are on the dry side, but they look really nice and plump and how food looks is at least 80% of the battle, right? So if you like a firm, borderline "crisp", chocolate chip cookie with multiple quick melting pieces of chocolate in every bite, these are for you! Caution--they are addicting!

Review: I’m so surprised. I was expecting it to taste off because of being gluten free. But it’s really good. I’m not even half way done with the one I bought, and already ready to purchase another container lol.I purchased two other brands too. This was the best one, by far! I’m not going to mention the other two brands because they don't matter at this point. The other two taste like what I imagined gluten free, dairy free cookies to taste like; off and a little bland.
