Title: Great customer service, easy set up
Review: We are using this on a very expensive motorcycle. We've used the tracker 2 mos. and only ridden locally since purchasing. The battery finally fell to 30% battery and I charged for the first time. When it fell to 30%, I noticed the tracker froze.....it no longer worked. So I charged it up and we left on a 6-day trip. The battery lasted 5 1/2 days. It decreased about 10% per day then the last 2 days it fell drastically until it hit zero.Be sure to log into both the Silver Cloud app and create an account and log into the LandAirSea website . Both sites give you two different layouts of information. The Silver Cloud app has a great detailed satellite map that follows your every move and is about 98% accurate on the location. The history map is more like a live video showing your entire day in motion. You adjust your settings on the app. However I like the GPS history better on the LandAirSea account because it shows your history in a quick view, a large map snap shot of where you've ridden the whole day. It shows locations, stops and how long you were there. It can also print out various reports listing all your stops, locations and a map of the day you can download.I rate this product a 9 out of 10 . The customer service is very helpful and I always reach a person. The GPS is small and the magnet is strong and stays in place. I bought the one year monitoring package upon purchase. This product is an easy set up for women and you can call customer service if you need help with anything. It helps to read all the information and also reviews. It would be an easy product to hide if you are monitoring an employee vehicle, teenagers car or partner's vehicle.If you're wanting to monitor vehicles on long trips I wouldn't recommend the battery option I would go with a direct wire to your vehicle. But for local driving or short trips it works great and it's easily accessible for removing and charging up overnight.

Title: Doesn't work after 2 months
Review: I purchased this product on Jan 28 2023. It stopped working on 3/31/23. I reached out to the company for advice on trying to recover/ troubleshoot the device. They were helpful in their suggestion for the 1st couple of days but with no success in fixing the device I asked about product warranty and perhaps sending the device to them for help in fixing it. Suddenly the email communication came to a halt and after 4 days I've yet to hear back. Thanks but no thanks.

Title: Great product for the money

Title: Motion is required.
Review: I like the unit a lot more after upgrading to the more expensive plan. You must purchase the expensive plans to properly track your vehicles. The units only work by way of the motion sensors. If the vehicle stops, you cannot wake up the unit if it isn't moving. I had the 30 second update plan and it was useless, because a vehicle travels a lot in 30 second. Also, sometimes it takes the unit longer than 30 seconds to wake up even with motion. I have the 10 second plan now. It's better, but not perfect for tracking a vehicle.

Review: Package arrived quickly and was easy to set up. There was nothing in the box acknowledging the 12m subscription in this bundle, but when I scanned the QR code on the gps unit it was there. Super simple to set up the account within the app.Off to a great start, I think I will add the power cable to this once I find a permanent location in my truck.

Review: Bonjour, je vous recommande LandAirSea car ça fait quelques années que j’ai un LAS54 et le mois dernier j’ai eu des problèmes techniques pour la première fois qui ont été réglés à ma plus grande satisfaction avec un remplacement du module et une compensation du temps perdu. Une compagnie qui fidélise par un service après-vente ces clients, ça vaut son pesant d’or à long terme.
