Review: The product works as advertised. I haven't tried all the features like alarms or geo-fences. I wish it updated every 30 seconds instead of every minute. I'm very disappointed in the iOS mobile app. The breadcrumbs feature doesn't work at all. The only thing I use the app for is to check location. The full website works great, in contrast.

Title: Not suitable for use in a truck!
Review: Be careful with this product, i bought it to install in one of my work vehicles. It did not activate when first installed , I called the support desk who informed me it needed to be in the truck for at least 24 hours. We left it for a day or two and it still was not communicating with my pc. The lights were on in the unit but it was not communicating. I called the help desk again and spoke to a chap clearly in need of customer service retraining. He confidently informed me that this unit was not suitable for trucks.... how stupid was I? Well he certainly implied that i was stupid because everyone should know that it should have been hard wired rather than a mobile unit i bought. I received a call this morning from Brickhouse who surmised the issue was with Verizon not them. The item was parceled back up and shipped back to them this evening.
