Title: great little light weight trimmer
Review: I was hesitant about this & if it would work,, but really great for a woman wanting to trim & weed eat,, very easy to operate & fun pushing around, Also trimmer works great for my bushes, Would definitely recommend this product, Easier than toting around a heavy weed eater electric or gas,, this is a rechargeable battery Great product

Title: Cheap Plastic, Good Cutting
Review: Well the tool works great, in fact better then I could imagine. Super easy to cut down weeds, edge the grass, or mow whole small sections. Battery lasts too! But the plastic extension handle broke the first use. It's a poor design. The company made me send multiple pics and emails. Then said the part was on backorder for a month. They claimed they shipped it and I would have it next day. Over a week later it's not here and they magically stopped responding.

Title: The pole bracket WILL BREAK!!
Review: I had to get a replacement for this item because the WEAK PLASTIC TIPS that hold the Grass Shears broke! The stupidity of not either reinforcing the two prongs, or just making them metal, resulted in my grass shears permanently separating from the pole. I need to use the pole due to a back problem which is why I purchased this item. It is well made. It cuts great, better than a competitor that I have. Unfortunately, because the two tips broke there was no replacement plate that I could have received when I contacted all for a solution. Amazon was great. They sent me a COMPLETE package but, unfortunately I returned the complete device that I had, just for two plastic tips!!!I've solved the problem with my new one. I used some Welding Oily Glue (NOT your average Super Glue) and put two pieces of metal along the underside of the tips location, thus reinforcing those "tip arms", hoping I've solved a problem that the engineers who designed this ited didn't consider.Again, the motor/handle it quite better than SunJoe model that I have, actually, it's "Light Years better"!! If you only want this for Shrubbery work it's great. The Grass Shears are great. The pole platform stands to eventually break. Beware.

Title: Broken Clips
Review: After using it a few times, the clips that hold the cutters to the long handle broke. How do I get a replacement piece so I can use it again?Also disappointed that the Hedge Trimmer doesn't attach to the long handle.

Title: Grass shears are quick and thorough.
Review: When I received this DURATECH Cordless Grass Shear & Shrubbery Trimmer, I couldn’t wait to see what it could do. After charging the battery, I took it out to my two raised garden beds, which had wild grass and weeds in between them, quickly getting out of control. I have included photos of how the area looked between the two garden beds, both before and after I used the grass shears. It was quick to cut through the weeds. I just raked the grass and weeds into the yard, and the area looks 100% better!When connecting the parts of the extension pole together, make sure that the ARROWS line up and that it clicks in place. Then tighten the blue stabilizers holding the poles securely in place. Otherwise, if you just tighten the blue stabilizers, the pole will spin round and round while you are using it. Not good.I haven’t tried the hedge trimmer yet, but I believe I will have the same outcome as I did with the grass shears. It’s just too hot outside at the moment (to trim the bushes), to include in this review. Note: One thing my husband told me when I was done was that as soon as I unlock the safety switch on top and start the power on the underside of the handle, I can let go of the safety locks, and it will continue to run. Good to know.I am not naïve to think that this is a commercial-grade trimmer. I just know that it does the job I need it to do, and I am fine with that! Five stars!

Review: The blade attachments don't stay on tightly and the pole doesn't stay tightly fastened. Use of battery lasted not more than 40 minutes before battery got hot. Couldn't get much work done.

Title: And...it broke on the second use.
Review: Loved it when I started to use it. It broke first time out on a piece of mulch. Took it apart and got it fixed. Second time I used it a piece of mulch broke it beyond repair. There is a little plastic peg that is key to the clipper action. It broke off on second use.

Title: Works okay, though not heavy duty
Review: I bought this because I'm a middle-aged woman and I can't handle the larger tools very well. I like that it has a long handle so that I can use it to trim the tall grass of my property. However, it is quite heavy and isn't as sharp as I had hoped it would be to cut some of the small branches off of our trees.
