This extra-large 22-inch griddle makes enough food for the entire family and still stores neatly in the kitchen cabinet. A special textured ceramic cooking surface provides enhanced nonstick performance and easier cleaning for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and entertaining. Removable handles make it simple to clean and compact to store. Simply open the latch clips to detach handles from base. With the handles removed, the griddle stores efficiently in most standard 18-inch kitchen cabinets. Control master heat control automatically maintains the desired cooking temperature. The heavy cast aluminum griddle is virtually warp-proof. Slide-out drip tray removes for quick cleanups, and griddle is fully immersible with the heat control detached.

Title: Love it!
Review: The Presto 07062-22-Inch Ceramic Electric Griddle is fantastic! I've been using it for a week now, and it has quickly become a kitchen staple. The large 22-inch surface is perfect for cooking multiple items at once, making breakfast preparation a breeze. I love the ceramic non-stick surface; it cooks evenly and cleans up effortlessly. The removable handles make it easy to store, even in smaller kitchen spaces. Overall, this griddle is incredibly durable, functional, and a great addition to any kitchen. Highly recommend!

Title: Works Great!
Review: I just got it and have only used it twice but it is a very nice griddle. The food cooks evenly and slides right off with no sticking. I like that handles are easily removed and you can clean it so easily.

Title: Best griddle we've ever had
Review: We have owned a number of electric griddles over the years. They've all had hot spots, and the nonstick finish never held up, even though I always handwash them with gentle scrubbers. My husband does most of the cooking, and he uses the griddle for all sorts of things, including eggs, pancakes, bacon and sausage, and hash browns. So he gets to see how they perform under a variety of heat conditions, and with different requirements for oil lubrication of the griddle's surface. We have been happy with our ceramic pots and pans, so when it came time to replace our griddle, I looked at the ceramic options, and found that the best reviewed ceramic griddle at the time was the Presto 07062 Ceramic 22-inch Electric Griddle with removable handles. It also happens to have a great price. So I bought it.My husband has used this griddle a lot for the past two months, and every time he uses it, he comments on how much better it is than any griddle we've ever had. It is true that there is a visible mark on the top of the griddle where the heating ring runs around the underneath — it's kind of a loss of the ceramic sheen, not really a discoloration. It does not affect the cooking at all; it will just never look new-out-of-the-box again. So we don't care about that. There is a very distinct diamond pattern texture to the entire surface. I wondered whether this would catch particles and bake them into a hard crust that would be difficult to clean, but that fear was entirely unfounded. This griddle cleans up so easily! See the photo with this review. It shows both the diamond pattern and the only two scrubbers I ever use to clean the griddle — a plastic scrubbing ball and a nail brush (for fingernails). After sudsing off the surface of the griddle with the scrubbing ball, I give it a light rinse and then use some of the leftover suds to run diagonally across the griddle in both directions with the nail brush. This gets anything out in the low places of the diamond texture. It is really very quick, and quite effective. I never have to use elbow grease. Even tough, cooked-on food comes off easily.MOST IMPORTANT: Do not EVER use nonstick spray with ceramic surfaces! It can't withstand the heat, and becomes a super sticky residue that is nearly impossible to get off. We discovered this with our regular ceramic-coated pots and pans. On ceramic surfaces, only use high temperature oils — we usually use butter on the griddle. This griddle doesn't need any oil at all on pancakes (or, obviously, bacon & sausage); for eggs, we use just a tad of butter and smear it onto the part of the griddle that we will be using for the eggs. And finally, we have found the drip tray to be more than large enough to hold all the grease that flows from six slices of bacon.I would definitely recommend this griddle with no hesitation.

Title: Non-Stick at it's best!
Review: I bit the bullet and went with the ceramic version over the normal nonstick coated version. This griddle is really good looking, it looks high end. For the price, it is an amazing kitchen appliance. I was able to scramble eggs then make fried eggs and there wasn't any residue or any loss of the nonstick ability. Even after making scrambled eggs, I managed to lose 3 fried eggs over the side, zero sticking. Pancakes were a breeze, steak, ham steaks, eggs, chicken, onion, and pretty much everything else I threw at it came off with ease. At first I questioned if it would have issues because of the "waffle" pattern etched into the griddle top but it cause no problems at all. I really LOVE how easy the griddle is to clean. After taking out the temperature control it's fully immersible to get into all the hard to reach spots. The removable temp control, legs, and drip tray make it easy to fit in small spaces if you have a small kitchen. On the flip side of the pro's of the removable legs, they are kind of on the flimsy side of durability. If possible, I would recommend trying to avoid removing them as much as you can. When washing the griddle of the ceramic version the edges are quite sharp. I would suggest being careful of the outer edge and not apply too much pressure on it while cleaning it. Last but not least, the old presto temp controllers used to have a metal type inlay for the temp dial indicator that since seems to have been downgraded to a sticker. I'd be afraid to wipe the dial too often and hard and ruin the sticker. The only other real gripe about the griddle is a problem that plagues all griddles, while there is even heat within the heating elements boarders, there is that "burn zone" directly above the heating element itself which is just a common issue with any and all griddles and not subject to solely this one.The Good:*Very very non-stick*Sexy sleek designer*Fully immersible*Removeable handles to make it thin enough to fit almost anywhere to store. The Bad:*Sticker on the heat control*Edges are a little sharp*Removable legs make it feel a little flimsy and the "clip" is a thin metal wire.

Title: Love this Griddle!
Review: A great addition to our kitchen! Setting up out of the box was quick and easy. The handles snapped on as advertised, the grease cup installed with ease. The griddle is light, and the size is perfect. It heats up quickly. The first thing I cooked was pancakes and bacon for my wife and I. I've had poor luck with pancakes in a skillet but on this griddle they were perfect, my wife raved! Since then I've cooked french toast, hash browns and fried eggs. Perfect every time. I love this griddle. It cools down quickly, cleaning is easy and storing is a breeze. I remove the handles and stand it on its side against a wall in the cabinet.I have no complaints with it and highly recommend it. Today I made grilled cheese sandwiches and they were restaurant quality! If you like to cook, not necessarily gourmet but everyday quick meals, you won't go wrong with this griddle!

Review: I'm ery happy with this plaque, very effective, just the right size to allow someone to cook for real. The griddle offers a very good cooking surface, it doesn't stick at all. It seemed to me that the texture of the griddle was marked on the presentation photos, but in the end, it gives just a slightly textured fabric aspect to the crêpes, which I really like.

Review: Surprised it took me so long to seek out a product like this. Makes group smash burgers, pancakes, eggs, etc. I love that large size and the design - a metal plate with easy to remove handles. I've only had it a couple of weeks ago can't comment on longevity.
