Title: This is a really good pan!
Review: It is perfect for grilled cheese sandwiches, French toast, and pancakes. It's even great for omelets and crepes. The non-stick coating is truly non-stick, and the new handle design is *really* good as well. Even with long sessions on the gas stove the handle stays cool. I cannot say the same for my Magnalite pans.

Title: warps and sticks
Review: I recently purchased the griddle. less than a month I use it for pancakes and french toast, this last time - I used oil and butter - the french toast stuck terribly.I also noted that pan has warped - this can contribute to the sticking as the oil was pooling to the edges but the ceramic is not NO-stickI am throwing it out .

Title: Good for grilling
Review: This Calphalon® Premier Ceramic Nonstick 11" Square Griddle, Mushroom Grey, it's quite pricey at $70. However it is good for grilling eggs, bread, bacons, and pretty much anything else like fried rice, except it is not as big as I thought and quite heavy.

Title: Caution Pealing after second use.
Review: I would never recommend this product from Amazon or this seller as I only used it twice and coating has started to peel. I have posted pictures of what it did and you can see the coating on a napkin. Not worth the money
