NOTE: Brown markings on the scraper were welding marks not rustiness. It was caused by the process when welding grill brushes and grill scraper together at high temperature (2726 ℉). Therefore, It's normal for brown welding mark on the top of scraper. You may rest assured that it's not quality problem.

You can follow steps below to finish the installation.

1.Installation of the "U" shape scraper:

1.Assure the through-holes on the brush and on the scraper are vertical alignment.

2. Insert a screw into the through-holes

3. Tighten them with a wing nut.

Following the instructions below will HELP IMPROVE THE LIFE OF YOUR BARBECUE GRILL CLEANER.

Step 1: Pre-Heat grill for 15 minutes just to soften or melt debris.

Step 2: Use the grill scraper to gently scrape off the dirt or grease on the grill.

Step 3: Fill water with a small container to frequently soak the stainless steel grill brush while brushing.

Step 4: Scrub in the direction of the grille. Do not glide over the horizontal grille as you would with a wire brush.

Step 5: Tilting the grill cleaning brush back slightly for a deeper clean. Wipe the surfaces with a wet rag to eliminates any left-over wire on the grill.

Usage of the "U" shape scraper:

Our attached universal scraper includes 12 notches, you can rotate the scraper to select the most suitable part for your grill.

(5 notches for round grates, 5 notches for V-shape grates, 1 notch for the bottom of your grates, and flat part for the griddle.)

Encircle your grates with the scraper groove, pushing forward to fast clean the 4 sides of your grates.

Note:

The grill brush has two scrapers, the flat scraper attached on the brush and the "U" shape scraper is tightened by a wing nut.

If the gaps between metal bars are too narrow, please unscrew the 12-notches "U" shape scraper and use it independently.

You can also use the flat scraper and it will do the clean job well.

Title: Solid and working very well
Review: After using this for the past few months I have to say I really like this grill brush.One tip I found helpful on the packaging is to heat the grill first and then scrape the excess charred remains.Doing this will make it last even longer.The bristles are still holding their shape and it’s in great condition. I grill every weekend so we can eat delicious food all week and I’ve been impressed with this tool.

Review: I like that it scrapes the grill clean. It is easy to use, lightweight and has a means of hanging on the side of the grill. It is stiff bristles and very strong. Just the right size to get a grip and push it backwards and forwards. I recommend this grill brush and scraper.

Review: The item works well cleaning the grill and is great quality. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the way it is designed you can not clean the back of the grill grate very well. It stops about an inch or so short because of the design on the brush.

Title: A Little Short, But Sturdy ...
Review: This is actually a great brush for the price. The bristle and brush design provide decent leverage, and ability to even clean in between the grates.However, it is a little short. I heat My grill to assist in the cleaning process, so (unless covered) Your wrist-arm area may be exposed to the heat during the cleaning process.I would purchase this product again when needed.

Review: I know . . . I know . . . "Don't use a wire brush", they say! And I say they're probably right, UNLESS you have THIS brush! I love how the bristles are twisted into the frame, the shape of the brush, length of the handle, and the added scrapers on the end. I'd always thought a grill brush was a grill brush. Now I know a grill brush is only a grill brush when it's GRILLART! Pricing was great and shipping quick and flawless! This is my second BBQ season with my brush and we're both bristling with excitement!
