How to Clean: in case of paste pot, please do not rush to clean, can add warm water immersion or boil for a few minutes, clean with soft sponge to wipe off excess oil and food residue, do not leave the grill plate in water for longer than 10-15 minutes, please always dry the grill plate immediately with a towel or cloth to evaporate any remaining moisture. Give it a little oil before you store it in a dry and ventilated environment. Warm Tips: Stay away from steel wool in cleaning

Title: Nice size and great performance
Review: I needed a smaller sized cast iron griddle for my Oklahoma Joes smoker, I bought the cute small one and this is perfect. The performance is outstanding and the size is great for even a larger grill, you’d have space for other tasks. This is really nice and I’ve used it several times now with great success.

Title: Great for Small Weber Gas Grill
Review: I bought this for my little gas patio grill and it fits perfect (Weber Q1000). I have seared steaks and burgers on it so far with outstanding results. It keeps the high fat content burgers from flaming up and turning to charcoal. I am very happy with its quality and feel with care it will last forever. I can not wait to find other ways to use this.

Title: Nice griddle!
Review: I really like how it retains heat in my gas grill. My only complaint is that the griddle is not deep enough(just 1/2”) and depending on what I am grilling, grease will spill over the edge. I like how I can put it in the dishwasher once I sop up the grease. Nice product!

Title: Hot handles
Review: This comes in a brown delivery box not sure if original. No labels, no guaranteed label but in Styrofoam for delivery protection. I used it this morning for breakfast French toast. Now its's cast-iron so you have to regulate the heat lower so as to not burn. This griddle heats even so med. low works and it holds the heat well. There were a couple spots that had scratched off the black color at first glance before using. Could of been from mfg. It is a little heavy like all cast iron pans. The handles get hot so must wait to clean it. All in all, it fits right where it should on our glass top stove. This will work for pan cakes and turn it over for hot dogs or cheese sandwiches. It won't be good for burgers unless you want grease all over but will work on an outside grill. This is what I ordered and the prime day price was nice.

Title: Easy to use
Review: I have developed a taste for smash burgers and sometimes I need a couple and sometimes I needed several. With these things I can get the results that I’m looking for and in the right quantity. Very easy clean up and easy to store with the ability to cook other things without any problems.

Title: Heavy & Durable!
Review: I like having the griddle on one side & grill marks on the other side. Only did one time initial seasoning. The griddle side worked great for pancakes. The grill side stuck badly. I will try the grill side again after seasoning multiple times. There are no instructions enclosed for seasoning. I recommend looking up initial seasoning instructions & how to care for a cast iron pan/griddle. I use a cast iron fry/sauté pan that’s lasted for 3 generations & love it. Make sure you measure carefully to fit for use on top of your stove. I ordered the smaller size which works perfectly on my gas stovetop. It can be used on your BarBQ as well. Make sure you use good oven mits or pot holders because the handles are cast iron & get very hot.
