GRILLED EGG, CHEESE AND BACON BISCUIT
This has to be one of my three kids’ favorite breakfast recipes in this book. It is definitely a family favorite.
GRILLED CARNEGIE SANDWICH
This sandwich is similar to one at the Carnegie Deli in New York. I love serving these with matzo ball or chicken and rice soup.
GRILLED CRAB, MANGO AND AVOCADO
This sandwich is wonderful for summer entertaining at home, the lake or at the beach.

Title: Think outside the box grilled cheese!
Review: I grew up on white bread and Velveeta and while my tastes have grown up a little bit I still don't venture far from cheddar on sourdough most times I make a grilled cheese. I was amazed at the variety of cheeses, breads and assorted fillings that were included in this cookbook. I had an incredibly hard time narrowing down my recipe selection for which one to try first! I made the Turkey with Brie with Apricot recipe and it was incredible. The next one I am going to try is a Gorgonzola with pecans and honey, I honestly got so hungry just READING this cookbook! The setup of the book is done very well. There is a short introduction that includes information about types of breads, cheeses, shortcuts and cooking tips. The recipes are sorted into a variety of categories that range from Breakfast and Brunch to the types of ingredient like beef or pork. If you are looking for a specific ingredient, the index is very detailed. Have basil? Look up a recipe. Want to use up your brie? Look it up in the index. It is a very easy to navigate cookbook. There is also a short section on condiments that you can make to serve with you sandwich.I love that the author included a few photographs as well. They are not on every page but they are very large, mouth watering and attractive. They just add to the incredible sense of hunger this cookbook gave my just by reading it!If you want to start thinking outside the box when it comes to grilled cheese I think this is a cookbook you should definitely check out!Disclaimer: I received one copy of this book at no charge from the publisher in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed here are my own.

Title: A Great Book!
Review: If you are like me you are being asked to make grilled cheese sandwiches each and every day. My kids love grilled cheese sandwiches and usually the ones we make are pretty similar to the rest. When I heard about this book I was intrigued as I thought it might give me some great ideas about new ways to make sandwiches for the family. When I received the book I was completely interested as I read more and more of the recipes. The recipes not only sounded and looked delicious, but I tried a few and have to say that they taste delicious too. One of my favorite recipes thus far is the Chicken Pesto Panini. The recipe was easy to follow and make and the family just loved it!One other thing that was great about the book was how the author laid it out. Not only is it well organized in regards to the sandwiches themselves, but the latter part of the book provides recipes many of the sauces and spreads that the recipes calls for.Overall, this was an amazing book, and I look forward to sharing more and more of the book's recipes within the book with my family!

Title: Grilled cheese for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
Review: Okay so my family loves grilled cheese sandwiches but honestly I have never made one other than two pieces of American cheese and some bread. This book has totally opened my eyes to experiment with grilled cheese and try out some new meal ideas! As the title of the book reads, there are 150 grilled cheese recipes in the book, and they are not just lunch sandwiches anymore. The book even has a bunch of condiment recipes in the back. All the recipes feature cheese and bread, with meats, fruits, and condiments. All the recipes sound amazing and are honestly so much funner than the boring grilled cheese recipes we are used to. Each recipe tells you how many it serves and some feature tips. While they don't have pictures with each recipe (which I prefer), there are a bunch of pictures in the center of the book referencing different recipes. There are tons of great and easy recipes in throughout the book to serve grilled cheese any time of day!

Title: LOVE this book
Review: The author is SO imaginative. I can open the book anywhere and be inspired! This book can also be used to embolden Burger toppings, and for jarred Alfredo sauce add-ons (or for whatever you might usually use) for new pasta excitement.Once you start reading, things will start popping into your head to combine things you usually use, in new and exciting ways. The last section of the book is another wonderful imaginative look at mayo combinations, and other spreads and dips to add flavor and varieties to all sandwiches and also to Pasta. I canât wait to try the roasted asparagus pesto!!

Review: This book hasn't alot going for it - firstly there are no/very few pictures and I prefer seeing what I'm making and secondly it's published in America and there are alot of the cheeses used not available in my local supermarkets. Not a good value for money book.
