Title: Does not latch.
Review: Even if you only make one sandwich, you cannot get the grilled cheese maker to latch closed unless you sit on it. It's the cheapest latch I've ever seen. Other than that, It works great. It heats up all four sandwiches fast, and evenly.

Review: The is a good buy for the price. However, you need to know what you are doing. There are so many errors, both translation and technical, that a newbie will be totally confused. They continually talk about folding the dough when you never do! By the way, the included crust cutter is too small - your pies will leak. Some recipes are mixed together throw the instructions and the crust cutter away and just use the appliance
